Only 1 mirror not good for 2 sisters sharing. No plug points near a mirror. Only 1 bottle of water given for 4 day stay. No tea or coffee facilities. Poor facilities for high rated hotel

Spa/sauna needs booking as space is tiny. I was told by reception reservation is good for an hour but after 40mins staying there, the lady looking after the spa came in abruptly and told me to leave as if how dare I over stayed type of tone. Rooms not sound proof, I can hear people slamming doors next door.

Good location as near the conference place. Room spacious and clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast reasonable. Walking distance to Cascais (good seafood restaurants). Nice beach view from my room. Can request kettle from reception.

The location is perfect for Estoril and you can even walk to Cascais. The room was big, really clean. We loved the breakfast options and all the staff was nice and helpful.

I didn't like the pool area much. The pool was small and not for swimmers as not deep enough.

I liked the breakfast much. I liked their surprise for my birthday, a little cake and a bottle of wine. That was kind indeed.

Everything was ok for us, but it would have been great if there was a water cooker in the room or a fridge so we could use it at our convenience.

Great location - opposite Estoril train station. Breakfast was excellent - lovely lady cooking fresh eggs, (however you like them done) , each morning. Outdoor pool was such a bonus :) On the Tuesday evening, there was a live singer in the bar area - he was excellent ....

Aircon took some time to adjust and work, poor lighting in room it made it very difficult to dress and find items in my case. Shower in one of the rooms didn’t work

The elevators were tiny. I was at the sixth floor and I can not imagine anyone with slight claustrophobia using these elevators. I also feel that the rooms may need a bit of a facelift sooner than later.

The breakfast was really good and I enjoyed my omelette every morning. The staff was great, polite and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel was surprisingly good. My room was really spacious.

Indifferent and unwelcoming Reception staff. Not enough information offered about the local area. No kettles or irons in the room. Had to ask for a kettle. Poor reading lights in bedrooms. No dehumidifier in bathroom and plumbing issues . Towels were dingy. Overpriced Spa treatments . Non functional steam room and sauna.

Great location. Great proximity to the train station and beach. Wide choice and variety at breakfast. Manuel, Carla, Andre, Emmanuel and all the staff at Massa Fina were warm and welcoming. Brazilian musicians were great. Lovely cleaning staff. Great view from 416.

The elevator is rather small and old, so it can make people who do not like tight spaces a bit uncomfortable.

The room was spacious and bright. We particularly liked that the soap and shampoo offered in the bathroom came in a large, wall-mounted bottle to reduce plastic waste. Breakfast offered a nice range of options and was served in a nice bright space with natural light. Location was fantastic.

mattress needs upgrading very hard and uncomfortable woken up early in morning with the recycling bins being emptied in the alley below

Across the street from a club that is open until 6am… so if you face the beach you’ll hear the noise.

The hotel is located across the street from the beach and promenade. Several restaurants located within walking distance. Pool area is nice but not enough lounge chairs for guests.
