We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe restaurant inside wasn't that great. The night I arrived, I tried for 2 hours to get room service. I went down to the restaurant and waited to try to get an order placed, and the lady pretended she didn't see me. The restaurant wasn't even that busy. Morning breakfast buffet had empty trays and dried up food. I was down at 7 am. It wasn't the end of service times.

Overall it was decent stay but overpriced for what it offers. If you work in the area it is a perfect location. There is a mexican restaurant that you can walk by. The personal was nice too!

United StatesWe did learn that when we called to make a change (originally booked through Priceline) to the date which I had entered incorrectly that it could have been taken care of on the phone with reception instead of having to contact Priceline and then make a third call because it was through their sister company. That was frustrating to hear. That being said, we will be cutting out the middle man from this point forward and booking directly through the hotel in the future!
There were several snafus with our reservation, the first being that they could not find the reservation, the second being that I was charged twice and then a third time when they tried to refund the second charge. Throughout all of this the staff was incredibly helpful, kind and accommodating. They never made us feel like we would t resolve the issue or annoyed that there was a problem. They were so friendly and never seemed flustered even though I’m sure it was a frustrating situation. Well done!! And this is from the staff there cleaning all the way up to management, we were all very impressed with everyone’s kindness.
