It was pretty noisy at night. It seems like one of the restaurants nearby starts working pretty early and turns on the air conditioning (or maybe neighbours). So we woke up at 6AM in the room with street view, and it was possible to sleep only in earplugs. Also you can hear the neighbours from upstairs, how they walk etc, but it’s ok for old Porto buildings. In the second room it was more quiet. Also, there is coffee machine but no capsules for it, so it’s impossible to use, because we stayed just for 1 night and didn’t need 10 capsules (that’s the minimum amount you can buy in the shop). So I put 9 because anyway the view was stunning.

The apartments were clean and cozy. Location and view from the balcony was amazing. There are heaters in the apartments so it’s not cold in winter. Self check in was comfortable. We didn’t feel that something was missing in the apartments.

Some lights didn't turn on and there were a couple of electrical outlets that didn't work either.

The location of the apartment is one of the best in Porto. You have a living room with balconies turned to the Douro river, from where you can see Gaia's and Porto's beautiful landscapes. At night it's even more incredible. The apartment is modern on the inside. It had enough heating to keep us warm in December and had every necessary utility. The breakfast was also really nice and tasty.

Excellent location, very well decorated rooms, comfortable & useful furniture. All you needed for your stay was available in the kitchen, bathroom & living room.

The freezer badly needed defrosting before we could use it. The smell in the entrance downstairs was not great, but you could not smell it in the apartment.

This apartment was perfect for us. Bruno accomodated our extra visitor with no problems. Check in was exactly as explained. The kitchen had most things needed to cook a basic meal and while the furnishings were aged, they added to the charm. The location was ideal. Most of all, the view was absolutely amazing!

Only two things I did not like: 1st: Porto is a very wet and cold city in the winter, a rug in the bathroom would be not only safer, but a little more comfy. 2nd: Outlets! Everyone nowadays needs to charge at least 2 devices at night(think of a smartwatch + phone). One outlet in the bedroom isn't enough anymore, some extension cords or those multiple outlets would be avoiding!

The place is amazing, the location is amazing, and the view is amazing. Everything was clean and those bedsheets were a crime on how good they were.

The location is amazing. So relaxing to sit on your tiny balcony reading and people watching. Apartment though is dated & I felt the couch and walls a little grubby. The bed was not comfortable.

No elevator so you have to carry your luggage up and down many flights of stairs. Staircase lacks a light so it’s a bit dangerous to go down the stairs in the dark.

Beautiful riverfront views of the water and bridge! Best location. Large comfortable space. Balconies are tiny but wonderful for sitting to enjoy the views. The living room, bedroom and loft are large.

Wifi did not work in the bedroom Two of the beds are up top a level, and there is no barrier, so looks a bit dangerous Party sounds from across the river - did not bother us (actually added to the experience), but could be an issue for light sleepers Everything in the bathroom was great, expect the old showerhead (such a small detail, but please fix that because it takes away from the experience :) )
