Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. It was a little tired and it was a fair walk into the centre of the city, it was OK for us but anyone with mobility issue might have a problem.
The hotel was in a relatively quiet part of town and had plenty of parking

Great location for sightseeing in VISEU. Comfortable and well equipped room with balcony. Lovely pool area and gardens. Convenient on site parking. Good breakfast selection for hotel of this size.

The SPA was a little disappointing. Sauna and steam room have to be pre-booked. Gave the required notice and went down - both stone-cold. Still like that when we left the pool an hour later. Staff didn't know what had happened.
Great location for walking into the old town, plenty of parking which is just as well as there is nowhere else to park. Breakfast and room were both excellent.

We didn’t gave a perfect note because the bathroom is a little bit outdated, but it did the job.
Everything was perfect, located near the historic centre, friendly staff, nice room with all the accommodations and a really good extensive breakfast (included).

our room was close to the elevator. It destroyed the night. It was so noisy. Besides, the soundproofing is bad. You hear your neighbors.

The room was okay, was expecting something a bit more modern, some of the lamps in the room weren't working, but we made due. The bathroom is outdated, but clean nonetheless. The AC didn't really cool down the room, had to open the window to be able to sleep.
Good views, amazing breakfast with plenty of options, quiet rooms.

As a long time client of this hotel, without spa by the time I used to go there, found the spa just done to be able to say "the hotel has a spa". Definitely without care for the details as the hotel was done.

We didn't like that the space in the indoor swimming pool was tiny and the spa facilities were the same. The lighting in the room is very low but it didn't effect us as we weren't working.
We liked the room and the location a LOT. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was impeccably clean.

The rooms are a little bit old and need some refresh. Breakfast could be better with more opciones of fruit and hot dishes.

For me the bed was just too hard, I am a pretty sound sleeper and not particularly fussy but I found this bed so hard.
Great location, friendly staff and spacious room although a little tired but that’s reflected in the price. So not bad at all. Breakfast was a very good spread and was kept topped up right up to end of breakfast time.

The pool was cold!
Location was good, just a short walk into the old town which was spectacular. Plenty of bars and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing, all you could want and plenty of it. Parking outside the hotel.

nothing really, it was a nice stay
the breakfast was excellent, good spread of fruit, breads and cake. the pool was great for our son who had a great time in it, and the garden was really very pleasant. The room was a good size, clean and the bed was very comfortable. the hotel is quite large, but wasn't noisy. the location is excellent and there's a little tourist train that goes from the main square in front of the hotel which was cheap and enjoyable.
