The location is perfect, the place is clean and smells great, the facilities were always clean and had all the amenities, the owner is extremely friendly and answers really quick and gave us all the information we needed to do the check in and out. The mattress and pillows was extremely comfy too.

not very soundproof, especially from the people on the above floor ( which arent part of the hotel)

2 minutes walk from the train and public bus station that bring you to all the castles ( 434 and 435) but also as far as Cabo da Roca. Still far away from the noise of the main street. 3 Bathrooms, 2 with shower, cleaned every day for 5 rooms. Can use the kitchen and outdoor terrasse.

There was a problem with the hot water in the shower, we stayed one night only but I'm sure they would have fixed it immediately.

Attentive and quick communication, great location next to Sinatra's train station and it's parking (14 EUR max. per day). Very clean and comfortable room. The place is beautiful.

The room was small and we were three people. When the pullout couch was opened you could barely move around the space. We were there for a couple days so it was a bit of a pain but for an overnight it would be fine.

Location was great and the place was very cute. Kitchen was well equipped and the back patio very inviting. Housekeeping was very friendly!

The property was very clean, quaint, and tastefully decorated. The washing machine was a welcome surprise and the drying rack outside made getting our laundry done quick and painless. The terrace was a gorgeous space to relax in at the end of the day complete with a lemon tree! They even had netflix avaliable! The location is brilliant - within 3mins of the train, busses, small market, and restaurants (in a variety of price ranges).

Missing a bit of light in the room (two windows facing walls) but for the price it’s ok.

Self checkin was easy, room was good, bathroom was great and location is excellent.

Beds were very hard and squeaky. You could hear lots of noise from floor above and rooms smelt a little odd. The door to outside was unfortunately broken when we were there so we couldn’t dry the clothes we washed or get to the courtyard. No major problems though.

Property was pretty great. You get what you pay for, but the bathrooms are lovely and modern, kitchen well equipt.

Nice location, it was wonderful to have a kitchen and terrace! The rooms are clean, but sadly we have a very small room with a small window too high, up to the ceiling, and we didn't't have enough daylight and couldn't open it to have fresh air. Everything else was good!

We didn't really have sunlight in the room cause the window was almost blocked by the wall, but other than that, all good!

The staff I talked with on the messenger was super helpful, even though we didn't see any staff until we checked out, we didn't have any problems checking in, finding things... etc. She explained all the details very well and whenever we had questions she responded quickly. Everything was clean and great value for money.

The curtains were very thin so it got light, also the noise from the rain was very loud which was strange when the windows were closed.

The host was very accomodating to our changing plans and allowing us to store luggage before check in. The kitchen was useful. The room was large and had a very good shower.
