The room was a little small.

I liked it be a useful it was close to everything. It was central. The young man at reception was fantastic, very helpful with directions, and and places of interest to see. .

1. Some renovation work going on and a bit dusty in the corridors but this is not a real problem, I believe.

There was a lot of building work going on which we weren’t made aware of and drilling / banging on Saturday morning.

Location is fantastic, right in the centre near to the water front. The triple room was comfy, clean and had everything we needed.

The floor where our room was, was a bit smelly. For the rest, all good!

Did have some work going on but honestly we where not in the hotel that long to hear anything as where up and out early most days.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel.This is my second time at LXRossio as we stayed there 2 years ago too.I would definitely stay there again.The roons are comfycand very clean as are the bathrooms.The location is the best in Lisbon! The hotel is constantly being renovated and improved

We were only in the hotel for about 6 hours sleep & no complaints.

Exceptional welcome & service from reception & excellent communication prior to arrival. Beds clean & comfortable & great location. We were last minute booking so price was too high for a 1* hotel, however I’ve seen it priced well for what it is so book early.

Room was very small… barely any room for luggage to move around and extremely noisy from street below.. truck deliveries, pedestrian restaurants setting up tables & chairs :(

Be mindful due to it's excellent location you are in the middle of everything and there is noise. We were there Fri - Sun. It was noticeable until about 0100. Then started again around 0630 with people getting ready for the day. The same can be said of the internal wall and you could hear people getting in and out of the lift and talking (even at reasonable volume) in the hallways. Only take note if you are a light sleeper / get disrupted easily (& just pack earplugs).

The location is fantastic, centrally placed and near to the metro & tram stops - if you want to go further afield. It's an easy walk to the waterfront and there are lots of cafes and bars on your doorstep for meals (some of them slightly touristy). Alfama is next door for some more authentic eateries and Fado music. The are plenty of shops around. Our room was on the 3rd floor - there was a small lift (2 people max really) or the stairs were okay. The room was compact but we had no luggage and accurately matched the website size, the bed was super comfy and we had a large bathroom where the shower heated up quickly and had good pressure. We chose to eat out for breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We expected very little as we realised the hotel was only a 1 star but we were more than happy with it our stay. The room was spacious and clean. We also had a small balcony to look out on. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was also good. For the price it’s unreal. The location also couldn’t be better! Easy to walk everywhere and close to main attractions.

Superb location, we are thrilled with how close this was to the main squares. Quiet enough as it was on a street perpendicular to the main ones. Room was a little small, bit of mould in the bathrooms, but otherwise we were very happy with the hotel.

The location is exceptional, in the very center, from where tourist attractions and all parts of the city are easily accessible. The breakfast is varied. It is a boutique hotel that fulfills the expectations
