Central location which made it easy to get around and see Lisbon. Hotel was good value for money and clean and comfortable. Was able to have good breakfast which was a good start to the day and needed to enable us to do a lot of walking.

Although the beds were fine, the filling in the pillows was quite broken down; they are likely very old and should be replaced.

Great location near lots of restaurants, pastry shops, etc. Lots of people out and about at night below our window, including a street performer, which was part of the atmosphere. Room was clean.

The room was clean but a bit damp, but I suppose this is almost every old building in Lisbon. The shower drain was blocked.

The location was great and the staff was polite and helpful. I was able to leave my bag after checkout and collect before my flight, which was incredibly helpful. The hotel is simple and very central.

The room was quite dated and needs some work done. Everything about the room looked quite old. The bathroom was nice and new, but the room and furniture were old/old-fashioned and tatty. The wallpaper was peeling, and one of the drawers on the bedside looked crooked.

The rooms are basic and quite small with little in the way of luxury. Storage is not generous. There are no refreshments in the room. Limited complimentary refreshments are available downstairs in the foyer.

This is a relatively standard hotel right in the centre of Lisbon so easy access to trains, buses, shopping, restaurants and bars. The ensuite bathroom was small but the shower was powerful and hot with plenty of space to move around. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonable with a small selection of hot and cold options.

Bathroom door.was terrible. Opaque and an inch gap round all sides. No lock and didn't close properly. No fan, shower a little old and tired although good pressure and heat. There was no window or fan for ventilation. I was with a friend and the lack of privacy was a definate issue. Being so central it was loud at night with lots of music from the street - we didn't mind this but it was very loud at times so could be a problem.

Unbeatable location that made our whole mini break great. Comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff.

The room was a bit strange , there were 3 steps down to get to room level.And electric kettle would be nice to have in the room.Other than that it was ok.

The hotel was OK, however the noise in the evening just as we were trying to sleep was just impossible. Street singers one after another totally spoiled our stay. One has to listen to the same playlist night after night and when there are a couple of hundred tourists singing along some nights it is very annoying. Not the hotel fault I might add.
