The staff makes the place and truly they do. The restaurant and breakfast staff were always super friendly. We loved our villa, it was very quiet and with everything we needed for our 4 night stay.

Beautiful, peaceful location. Villas are really well designed to optimize for the space. The semi private pools make it a fantastic experience. Breakfast has just enough variety and ingredients are very fresh. 20 minutes drive to Galé-Fontainhas beach is worth it, stunning beach with very few people around, even in August.

I really missed having a gym in the hotel!

Great room — very dark, which was perfect for a good night’s sleep thanks to the excellent blackout curtains. Delicious breakfast, super friendly staff, and a great location. The Wi-Fi was AMAZING! We had heard about mosquito issues in Comporta, but honestly, we didn’t have any trouble — we just used some repellent and a citronella band during dinner, and that was more than enough. *** the charging station for electric cars was a big plus 🥰

The room need more storage solutions, 4 hangers is not enough and no drawer space. Also there were alot of mosquitos which of course isnt the hotel’s fault but more could be offered like spray in each room.

The interiors, pool, bar and restaurant is lovely. Staff were amazing, gardens are beautiful and very well kept. Customer service was exceptional.

We were quite disappointed by the staff: nice people but a bit unprepared, sometimes seemed confused. The pool is nice but not heated, so we could not use it in May. The gym is not existing, just an empty room. Breakfast does not vary from day to day, which became a bit boring since we stayed for over 5 days. Coffe is undrinkable, the machine is good but the staff does not know how to use it. Cleaning is okay but not exceptional (toiletries were not replaced daily). We were expecting more prepared staff and better services from the place. Nonetheless, we had a pleasant stay as the facilities are amazing and the location gorgeous.

Facilities are new, stylish and comfortable, private little houses with a small patio. Location is very quiet in the green. Breakfast is good with enough options (just coffee needs an upgrade)

Issue with air conditioning in room and with the ceiling fan not working. We notified the front desk before we headed to dinner, but when we came back it seemed like someone turned on the heater in the room, as it was about 5 degrees warmer than when we left. Also, the ceiling fan still was not operating, but the remote for it had been removed from the room. Sort of strange.

Very picturesque location. Felt small and intimate. Rooms were a good size for a couple. Included breakfast was good, as well.

They whatsapped me before my stay to ask if I needed anything, I asked for an iron/steamer. I also told them that it was my friend’s birthday, they asked her name and gave me suggestions to buy a bottle of wine and cake to be in the villa when we arrived. I said cake was good but that we don’t drink alcohol. When we got to the room there was no iron, and on the table there was a cake, a bottle of wine and a note to say happy birthday… to me (not my friend) LOL.

The villa we rented had everything we could have needed, cutlery and plates, great bathrooms. We loved the rustic local decor. The pool was great too.

We were given a dirty robe in our room so we had put it on the floor in hopes that it'd be replaced with a clean one, but it was just hung right back up after our room got cleaned. The knob on our sink was also broken and kept falling off when we'd turn on and off the water. The staff at reception could have been friendlier. They did not point out all aspects of the property when taking us to our room and didn't tell us that there was a restaurant at the pool too that was open until 9pm. They also told us the main restaurant was full for dinner until 9pm our first night so we ended up booking dinner at another restaurant and had some drinks at the property restaurant before going to dinner. The restaurant had plenty of empty tables and the waiter did say there was plenty of space for us, but unfortunately we couldn't cancel our other reservation. Not sure why we were told it was full for dinner when it clearly wasn't. We also saw people riding bikes and would have been interested but again none of those services were pointed out to us. Additionally, we had to walk all of our bags back to our car when we checked out which was a little difficult since the walk was far and we were taken in a golf cart after checking in.

Beautiful property and wonderful experience! The room itself was beautiful, we loved the decor, the bed was comfortable, toiletries provided were nice. The pool was great! Despite the weather being awful, it was so relaxing to lay by the pool, order a pizza and beer and read. The breakfast was delicious everyday and had a nice variety of foods in addition to being able to order from a breakfast menu. The restaurant staff was amazing, in particular one gentleman who was super friendly and was very customer-centric. Overall, we loved the hotel. It was a wonderful weekend escape and we hope to come back again!
