I was told to push a button and the front door will open when I arrive. It didn’t. I messaged and called the number I was given. Nothing. I had to wait in the rain for about 20 minutes until I saw a guest and ask them to let me in. I didn’t care , as you can see : this hasn’t influenced my view on the property, staff or review. But i am sure I am an exception to the rule regarding waiting outside in the rain with a travelling backpack. There needs to be a better system especially when guests say when they arrive.

i only had one issue i paid for a superior room and was given a standard it did get sorted out the next day but i wasn’t offered a refund for the amount difference

Mattress in bed was a little slumped in the middle. Sun loungers a little uncomfortable could do with some new padding.

Toiletries were very sparse in little paper sachets ! Reception shuts at 6.30 pm so couldn't loan hairdryer to get ready and go out Felt clean until I looked under bed to find my brush and there were loads of tablets ? Obviously don't vacuum under the beds Towels were old and mismatch

Location is fantastic just a short walk to the strip amd a nice walk to old town Felt very central Polite staff Nice area Nice pool ( although didn't get chance to use it due to weather ) Loan hairdryer ( we went for a few days so only took hand luggage so this was helpful) Just make sure you ask before 6.30pm Value for money

Lovely boutique hotel which I've used before. High standards of cleanliness and attentiveness to maintaining the property and also friendly interaction with guests. Nothing was too much trouble for the small team. A thoroughly peaceful and lovely break.

I would be being extra but I confirmed a price on £'s on booking.com but charge £10 extra, I always have to remember to lock my door with the key. I had friends stay and they had rooms they smelt but they had been moved but again for a 3* I won't complain that much.

The queen bed corner room was large and I had a view of the pool, comfy bed, cold fridge, good shower pressure and working air con this is a very good 3* property and the pool area is even quite relaxing could pass for a 4* with some slight upgrades

I stayed there with my spouse. at 2d floor, no elevators. I don't usually mind young clubbers, but a group of British youngsters ruined my stay for two days with new party-goers showing up every night. They even were smashing walls of my room... So, I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re with family or older people. There was also a payment issue at reception. Their bank charged me in USD instead of EUR with a rip-off exchange rate, and hotel owner argued with me from the start, claiming it was my fault, not theirs, and blamed my bank card. It wasn’t until I showed him test small charges of € 0.1-1 with their payment machine that they realized it was their bank’s fraud setting. They got quieter after that, but for the rest of my stay, they gave me grumpy looks. To be honest, of course, I received a refund for the USD payment and started the process over again in euros. To top it all off, I paid sky high prices for a room that had only cold, white light bulbs, which made it feel like a cheap warehouse.

Convienent Parking space near Hotel, good AC, cozy bathroom. I strictly recommend to everyday visiting Praia da Oura beach! that's the best you can get there (about € 19 for 2 person).
