There were two code boxes outside the door. Sometimes one worked, and sometimes the other. The instructions did not indicate which we should use. Both boxes were gray. The upper box did not work without pressing the red button first. The Instructions did not include that detail.

Had everything we needed, except for a cutting board. We didn’t find the washing machine until the last day. It might help to inform guests where to locate it.

It was not the property itself but on the corner of the road which you had to walk past to get to the flat had piles of rubbish bags that continued to increase with no clearing while we were there. Some of the bags had been opened and rotten food was strewn all over the road which wasn't great.

Great area with lots of smaller restaurants & bars with more character. The Studio was spacious and comfortable with all amenities and communication was clear & helpful.

The communication could’ve been better but there were literally no issues once I’d gotten my key and they did allow me to stay an extra hour on check out which I was super grateful for.

I love the space, the location, then bathroom, the cleanliness of this apartment. It’s so close to everything but just not directly in the party area which makes it slightly quieter.

The floor cover was nil, the noise from the upper apartment was like a great heard tramping around, fortunately this was a limited time.

Poor sound isolation. Everything is hear from street, trams, people… Dishwasher was not working. Kitchen knifes needs to be sharpened.

The tram route is just downstairs so it is very noisy when it is passing by. The apartment has strange planning with folding panels which are not quite convenient.

Great location. The studio is spacious, well equipped, clean, with all amenities as advertised. I was able to walk everywhere and the place was close to cafes, restaurants, everything! I did reach out to the host a few times and he was very responsive.

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Very central location, close to Time Out Market, main train station and the centre of the city. Good selection of up and coming resturants in the area. Unable to leave bags in the complex but the hosts recommended a place close by to leave them.

It is clean but the floor need to be vacuum when we get in it is a little bit dusty. We didn't get enough sleep during the night because of the loud step noise from the room above.

It can be noisy during the night on weekends as it's a young area with lots of bars.

The studio was amazing, very big and very bright! It's very easy to get to, close to shops, restaurants! The bed is huge and so comfortable! The bathroom is also very spacious with a massive shower! The kitchen is very practical although we couldn't find the fridge at first (situated in a corner haha) but everything was perfect!

This unit is right above the front door and the front door indeed bangs VERY loudly. There is also not much natural light due to the location of the apartment. Hygiene levels could've been better - the smell of couch and pillows, etc. Some fittings were faulty - cutlery drawer did not close, a lightbulb in bathroom not working, the bed/mattress slants. The carpet also blocks the kitchen sliding door to be open fully.

Liked the overall size of the apartment, the washer/dryer, and the location of the apartment. The aircon/heating and wifi work very well.

There needs to be a microwave. The only thing I feel needs to be in the apartment to make it complete.

Floorboards not property sound insulated (so people walking upstairs very noticeable) Would have to rip them open and add sound insulating membranes. However with earplugs on this was fine. Also I noticed a small cockroach in my bathroom one of the nights, which may have snuck in through the pipes from another room. The room however was very clean. I asked the staff for a coffee machine because none in the room) but didn’t get an answer. No microwave but stovetop and pots to cook.

Easy checkin, comfortable bed, clean, very good wifi, easy checkin and checkout, staff answering the phone readily.

Well located in a lovely neighbourhood, supermarket just around the corner, 10 minute walk and you are in the city centre and at Cais do Sodre. Easy check-in.

Something must be wrong with the front door latch of the building. Every time we entered it was open, and we didn’t need the code.
