the bed was really uncomfortable, they said it was king size bed but actually they put 2 mattresses together, result... you keep falling between the mattresses the light on the room is really dim

very modern and well designed hotel, the swimming pool is just amazing and the staff is really kind, the restaurant is very good as well with great wine

It was cold for us, the heating system was not enough. We booked our dinner at the hotel restaurant for 8,45 pm. It took one and half hour to serve us a dinner. Extremely slow service, beyond any reasonable time. No discount, no excuses. Dining room was also cold, no heating system going. No option of going somewhere else as the hotel is pretty much in the middle of no where. Anything else was fine.

The coffee could have been better. It was too hot for us to enjoy the heated pool, which is smaller than you would expect for a hotel of this size

Our room was spacious, beautiful, modern, and comfortable with all the amenities provided. Excellent dining room, including vegetarian options, and the staff was very gracious and helpful. .the setting is gorgeous and it is conveniently located within 10-15 minute drive to Coa Valley archeological museum and expedition to see paleolithic rock wall art. Side note: We went to the thermal spa next door (not part of the hotel), which was nice to have nearby but difficult to set up an appointment and we could not pay with U.S. credit card so had to pay with cash. The massage was not very good. The massage therapist did not seem well-trained.

The walls were not very soundproof, paper thin. You could hear sounds from the other rooms.

Hotel was surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards. Very secluded and quiet.

Quite poor breakfast, no fruit salad available.

Big parking area closed to Hotel. Nice and competent person at the reception. Calm and big rooms with big windows. Very comfortable and large bed.

1. Its really bad that the Termal Spa is closed, next time we think twice whether we come back. Sorry! 2. In April those days were already quite warm, and for that the swimming pool temperature was definitely too high, you almost got cooked, 5ºC less would be more than enough.

We had a lovely room with a small sitting room with comfortable armchairs and a coffee machine, and a large bathroom. We liked spending a short time in the thermal water swimming pool on the terrace - bathrobes provided in the room. The evening meal and breakfast were very good. It’s a lovely place for an overnight stay, and easy to drive to and park.

sadly some of the pool's jets weren't working :( i had high hopes because they were so good. constructive feedback: breakfast is ok, but could be a little better. eggs were delicious but the bacon was so-so. and the fresh cheese should be something local. i definitely would't mind paying extra for more local or regional produce. at dinner the menu's dishes could use more or better garnishes, we felt they were lacking greens. to the maintenance team: the sinks took some time to drain, and their faucets were a bit quirky. oh and the bidet's faucet was loose.

we have stayed before, it was a pleasure to return. the room was so comfy we didn't want to leave. the heated floor in the bathroom, i could sleep there! and then there's that swimming pool... omg... the swimming pool... it's pure bliss! you'll feel like those japanese snow monkeys :D
