The bathroom would have been more pleasant if it had a fan to remove steam and stale air. An outside music venue was annoying until 10- 11 in the evening

Staff were amazing, really helpful and considerate. Great location, within walking distance of everything you need within Funchal. Relatively close to the airport so convenient for transfers.

The pool is tiny, I still enjoyed a quick dip but if you are looking to actually swim lengths it's too small for that. But it suits the roof top setting to be fair.

Great location, beautiful room (with a fridge) and lovely shower/bathroom. I enjoyed breakfast, and spending time in the rooftop bar as well. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

As hotel provides underground parking spot, they also take a deposit for parking key which they promise to return to the card in 5-7 days after a check out. However, this amount is still reserved in my account though 11 days have passed. A bit inconvenient and does not add trust on a hotel.

Very good location, you can explore the city by foot or reach hikes you want. Simple but good enough breakfast. Hotel provides safe underground parking spot for an extra payment.

Replacement towels slightly hit and miss. I’m sure if we felt it necessary to bring this to the attention at reception it would have been dealt with quickly.

The balcony was very small. Breakfast was not to my taste.

Loved the location, the rooftop bar and pool. We had the BarBQ on wednesday the food was delicious. Room was cleaned everyday. We left early in the morning so the hotel made us packed lunches to take to the airport as we were missing breakfast. Staff were lovely.

Very convenient central location, close to the main public transport and tourist bus routes. Also a short walk to the sea front and local parks. Very good breakfast provided.

As someone who has walking difficulty I found getting from room level to Reception or Breakfast etc. awkward as I moved between two elevators and stairs. Adding coffee to the tea in the room would have been appreciated.

The room wasn't very soundproof - I was on the second floor and could hear noise from the lobby quite clearly.

Very good location - central and very easy to walk into the city centre. Breakfast was good but was the same every day. The room was spacious, clean, and well lit.

Junior suite did not look like the photos - it was definitely dressed for the photos which was a disappointment. Balcony was tiny and there was no real view (2nd floor) so maybe a higher floor would be better. Tiny bathroom No coffee or creamer - just tea which seems strange in a coffee drinking country.

Hotel located in the centre of Funchal - minutes from the cathedral and the promenade.Pleasant helpful staff and breakfast was ok.Close to Hop on Off buses.Airport bus is stop 7 and it was €8 euros return which is excellent. Late checkout 12.00 midday.

The rooms could be more modern and well decorated, but otherwise it was comfortable and clean.

The location was just amazing. At the very center of Funchal. Quick access to transports if needed as well, very close to a mall, restaurants and touristic places.
