The service – the customer care needs improvement. We ordered a transfer from the airport to the hotel (which was significantly more expensive than offers from external companies). I arrived at night with my child, and no one was waiting for us at the agreed meeting point. It was only after calling the reception that they contacted the driver, whom we had to wait for several minutes because he was sleeping in the car. It was a stressful situation. In a luxury hotel where you pay a fortune for the food, there are also too many mistakes in the restaurant... When placing the order, I mentioned that my daughter was very hungry and that her pasta should be a priority. After a long wait, the waiter delivered all the dishes but forgot about the child's pasta. So we had to wait another several minutes. Almost always, they forgot to bring the spoons for the soup as well.

A unique place. Completely family-friendly with children... Little ones have plenty of attractions, allowing parents to enjoy a moment of relaxation. Beautifully decorated rooms and an incredible view from the window. A lovely touch is the evening service... my daughter and I looked forward to each day for new surprises. Delicious breakfasts.

The bathrooms feel a bit dated but i think that’s just a personal preference. They are big and clean The pools are very busy, surprised there are not more or a bigger option ( i guess it would not be in keeping with the national park… Food could be alot better. It’s ok but i expected better choices and quality

A few extra cleaning facilities in the villa would have been great (e.g. broom, tea towels) but I am sure I could have called reception to get these.

The hotel had endless facilities so there was never an issue keeping the children entertained. However, it was well spaced out and carefully considered so felt very calm and beautiful. Staff were beyond helpful and beach was stunning.

Amazing family friendly resort. So much to do. Beautiful location and staff were so helpful. Everything is set up for families... Absolutely brilliant facilities. Heated pools were fantastic! So much activities too. Overall one of the best family resorts we have stayed in!

The food was overpriced and lacking quality. The breakfast was one of the worst 5* hotel breakfasts I have ever had.

Only issues were small issues with our apartment. In the kitchen there was just 1 socket for all the kitchen appliances and it was near the edge on a corner - we were with out toddler son so when we were boiling kettle it was in a precarious position, and we were plugging stuff in and out - another socket at the kitchen would be helpful. Also, food was fairly expensive in the restaurants, and was a bit hit and miss quality wise. We'd have eaten in the bar more regularly if there were more affordable options. Re: location, not much to be done about it! Beautiful beach etc.. but maybe easy options to get to the town or lagos would be great, bus or something

A little bit too busy at breakfast. Could be maybe an additional breakfast room to cope with the amount of families staying.

highlights were the crèche and the fact all restaurants have baby food menu. the staff was absolutely lovely with kids, the food great in restaurants (except disappointing french fries at Dunes) and the view beautiful. The only down was the price of the restaurants.

The second bedroom in the bay house a bit on the small side for 3 big teenagers, but not a big issue.

Great location, nice view from the bay house that was nicely decorated. We stayed in February where it was less crowded and a good price. We stayed with 3 big teenagers, and as the facilities are designed for families with small children, it was ideal for us to stay in the quiet off season. We chose it for the location by the sea, the apartment and the heated pool area, which all was really nice! Also close to nice surfing beaches by car. Great staff that helped us as we had issues with a rental car. Also brought a birthday cake to the house on our son’s birthday- nice gesture😊
