We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe decor and fittings were a bit past their best, but clean and functional. The communal areas are rather soulless. Basic rather than luxurious. A pity the terrace was unavailable as the door had broken, it's potentially a lovely terrace for breakfast.
The elevated location gives a great view across to the main village, and it's good to be away from the busy road but still within easy reach of it. We got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony facing the valley and this made a big difference, and would be worth requesting. Parking in the hotel was convenient. Breakfast plentiful but unexceptional. Good value for money.

Great little hotel in good position in the village. Accommodation good, breakfast good and easy parking. Fine base for touring, walking etc.
