To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyClose to the train station Oriente. Only 3 metro stops away from the airport. We stayed here for one night coming from Porto by train and needing to catch our flight back home the next morning. The room had everything we needed. And there's a lovely restaurant (Butchers) which are great steak just next door. Breakfast was also plentiful. Got nothing to complain. Staff was really nice too.

Comfortable and modern near the train station, so met our needs. Food in the bar was very good and convenient since it was raining.

Loved staying here but I think the prices are exaggerated. The breakfast could have more options or at least change every other day eating the same breakfast for three days isn’t fun. I enjoyed that they let me check out at 2pm. They don’t give water in the room everyday. The location was perfect to walk to vasco da gana mall.
