The restaurant in the hotel had a very limited evening menu and had very poor gluten free options (for Coeliacs). The staff were extremely keen and attentive but they whisked away the plates immediately we were finished eating so gave the impression we had to hurry out/not return to the buffet (@ breakfast). Unfortunately, there were very few other restaurants that were within walking distance so we had to get the train to Cascais for evening meals but that was very accessible.

The location close to the beach and train station was excellent. It is a very stylish, modern hotel but a little more substance would have been welcome.

Continuous piped (mostly rap) music in all public areas, including lounges and restaurant Location, it's at a very busy road intersection and traffic noise is an issue . It requires a walk along a busy main road to get to the sea front Chose this hotel for a one week seaside holiday but it is really like the many business hotels I've experienced, for example limited storage space in room, limited restaurant and bar food options (eg no children's menus)

Hotel is great & high end, but the air conditioning in my room it wasn’t working, reported this in day 1 but never fixed in 4 days. In April the temperatures are okay, although from May onwards the air conditioning I think is a must.

So clean, beautiful interior, and quiet rooms. So delicious food, amazing chefs, and professional service from everyone. Easy parking, perfect spa, and gym. Indoor- and outdoor pool is great, and not crowded. We absolutely loved our stay, and would recommend everyone to stay there. Very well-driven hotel.

Super chic and modern hotel with cool artistic design. Our room was really spacious and spotlessly clean with a magnificent view over the ocean. The spa at 6th floor and outdoor rooftop pool at 7th floor make your stay a truly pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly & helpful as well.

If I had to dig deep to find something that I did need and was not in my room was pen and paper. Also roof top was always closed when we went to visit. But really this is nothing compared to how fantastic our stay was.

What an incredible incredible hotel! The best part about it is definitely the kind staff. Not one person did not greet us with a smile and were so hospitable. The beds are comfy, their spa is amazing, and their rooftop pool was amazing. We also had such yummy drinks and delicious food served by the great Ricardo. The guy at the front desk who checked us in was very kind too! I believe his name was Francisco.

This hotel was super nice and updated in every way! The staff was super nice - especially the bar & restaurant staff! Very luxury for a great price. It also was very close to the beach and the train that takes you to Lisbon! Also very close to sintra and other places

It is close to the sea (5min walk), and easy enough to reach Lisbon with the train. However, I thought it is actually on the beach, and also closer to Lissabon. It is also on a busy road and a little bit noisy.

We loved the modern look and feel of the property. We also loved its proximity to the ocean, offering a very scenic view from our room. The balcony made for a great experience as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and we appreciated the attention to detail when cleaning our room each day. My fiancée also appreciated the water pressure and temperature control in the shower. The breakfast was also incredible.

The prices...a couple´s massage at the Spa cost 300€ - twice as much as usual.

Fantastic Room with an exellent balcony. Great views. Very interesting design all over the place. Since I mentioned during my booking that we would celebrate our "Loveday" we received a bottle of white wine in a bucket with ice cubes and pralinés in the room! Breakfast was okay but not extraordinary. On the second day there was an event at the hotel and the service in the breakfast room increased significantly - maybe due to some supervisors who were watching the scenario?

Sea view room on first floor was way too noisy from street noise. Asked for a higher room and 5th floor was great! So willing to move us and make our experience even better!

I have traveled a lot and to many different places. This was quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in!!! From the staff, to the room and to the spa area everything was amazing! The attention to detail was top notch and everything in the whole hotel was so incredibly well thought out and executed!! Best sleep I have ever had in a hotel. Can’t say enough good things!! 10++

Some issues with having the room cleaned. We had to ask on two days for the staff to come in.

The breakfast was excellent, one of the best we have had. There was great variety, high quality, and a reasonable price. The room had a good view of the sea and coastline, although the balcony was noisy as the hotel is by a busy junction on the main road. With the double glazing the room was quiet if the door was shut. The room was modern and there was a great shower. The gym on the sixth floor was very well equipped and with lovely views towards Cascais.

If you book a suit you still pay 20€ per parking

The suit is amazing. Great design, very comfy. The bed is comfortable and soft. The bathroom is also very warm and nice. Has everything you might need. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also loved the spa and the breakfast was great! Lots of options to choose from.
