The environment of the hotel is wonderful, when you come in , it is another world, very fresh air, trees, bamboos, water fall. etc. It is a very good place for the people from city to have a silent and relax place.

Loved everything. If pushed, a toaster in the chalet would be a welcome addition.

Breakfast was very nice, though a little limited for a vegetarian. Some tomatoes would have been nice to go with the scrambled egg. Pamela was a superb host at breakfast. She was efficient, very friendly and most helpful, as were all the staff we met.

Property was amazing. Beautiful grounds and gardens. Staff was lovely. On check in, we were provided a detailed map and outline from our host regarding key places to see on the island. The breakfast was excellent and something we looked forward to every morning.

what a DREAM! I felt like I was in an exclusive-only-see-it-in-the-movies casita! the grounds were beyond tranquil and stunning. I couldn’t stop taking photos of the paradise we were in!

Wish that it were closer to downtown.

Well appointed room, great hot tub and saunas. Nicely prepared breakfast, excellent staff who were exceptionally helpful. Enjoyed the use of their outdoor barbeque. Grounds were nicely landscaped and provided a peaceful environment.

The place is beautiful! You have everything you need to have a very enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the outdoor bbq and the breakfast was delicious. We even booked a private massage in the spa area ! The parking on the property was very handy. The rooms where very comfortable and the entire property is immaculate. I want to go back !!

Our stay was too short :(

It‘s just amazing. The perfect location to get away from everyday life. The area is so green, lush and quiet (but for the sound of the waterfall and the birds). Staff and owner are very friendly and helpful and gave some great advice. Cat addicts like us can also get in touch with their beautiful pets <3 Enjoying the evening in the jacuzzi after some exhausting hiking is simply wonderful.

From the entrance, and then to the wonderful room, the amazing courtyard, the atmosphere and the service - everything is just great. The hotel can let the guest escape from the crazy reality and for a few days feel in heaven. Very spacious room and equipped with all needs. Maintaining the level of cleanliness of a high room. Excellent breakfast (the hostess, Pamela, in the dining room - amazing !!!) Gauci, others received cordially, the best we have. Throughout our hours was available for our requests and finally we too as a small gift Service here and above the standard generally accepted in hotels I have visited. Crazy hotel courtyard- Along the spacious courtyard runs a stream, amazing vegetation And all day long you hear birds chirping. Everything is very clean, aesthetic and maintained. Fun to return to the hotel, after a day of trekking and take a dip in the hot tub and be in the spa. The hotel's central location only adds benefits. I highly recommend.

It was raining often.

Spectacular garden, open air jacuzzi, sauna hanging over the stream and very good breakfast were not encouraging us to leave the property and do sightseeing.

Luisa and Valerio are kind, generous and welcoming hosts! They took so much time with us and made us feel right at home. Quinta da mo is a renovated mill with historical significance. It is an incredibly beautiful and welcoming place in the midst of a stunning and private natural landscape. Eating breakfast above the natural waterfall, soaking in the jacuzzi beneath a canopy of green and hiking behind the guesthouse into the mossy hills were some of our highlights. Excellent location right in the center of Furnas, this is a hidden gem not to be missed! Our children were in fairytale heaven.

Extremely polite and witty staff-they explain what you can do in the area and give great advice ! The garden is just outstanding - feels like being in the tropics! The apartments are unique and very cool! Cute cats on the property ! If you want to live jn paradise for a few days, this is the place!

What a beautiful property! We felt like we were staying in a botanical garden. I didn't expect the property to be so large for the small number of guests. We loved our room and used the kitchen to have dinner one night as well as a few lunches. Wonderful breakfast and lots of good advice from Milton on check in as to where to go - we pretty well followed his advice for places to see and where to go to eat, even places not near Furnas. For one particularly rainy day we were very glad that we were here instead of a hotel room!

Quinta da Mo is a perfect place for relaxing holiday with a beautiful garden and comfortable, fully equipped bungalows and lots of privacy. The food was very good and the staff were friendly. Dona Luisa was extremly helpful and give us all necessary information about the island. Our two little dogs were also enjoying this beautiful place. We highly recommend it!

The beds were soooooooo hard

We ended up in the large expensive house which was strange for 2 people. The grounds were incredible, breakfast was fantastic. Extras in the facilities like the spa were amazing and you can walk everywhere
