The estate. Beautiful and well maintained. Clean swiming pool virtually for no one than yourself. The orchard with products at hand for zero kilómetros cooking. Excellent property.

Amazing property with lovely staff. Everyone was so nice and Vini, the dog was keeping everyone happy. Lovely facilities, everything really clean . For people renting a car, inside parking was really good. Garden with vegetables free to use and fruits as well. Just a lovely place. Totally recommended

The accommodation was very nice, peaceful and quiet. We loved the friendly dog and the fresh salads, herbs and strawberries we could eat for free. There was nothing we could complain. We would definitelly come again and we recomend this place.

the only thing I don't like is the room's ventilation not good, there is no screen door, you can't open door for breeze, you need to turn on AC and fan. But nothing major.

Facilities were amazing, great hospitality! Our kids loved the pool and the owner’s dog Vini. Location was just 5 mins away from downtown Ponta Delgada, and within no more than 30-40mins from all the main attractions the island has to offer.

There is not a single thing we didn’t like.

The villa was very clean inside. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful and well taken care. We had our morning coffee outside every day of our stay. There is a fresh fruit & vegetable garden that we took advantage of. It was not pool weather, but it was still nice to sit out and enjoy a book during our trips downtime. Housekeeping was wonderful, and staff were extremely helpful with recommendations and answering any questions we had.

The apartments are connected to each other so it’s a little noisy when the neighbors shower for example. We also missed some basics in the kitchen like pepper, salt and olive oil. The only other thing we can think of is that it was a pity that the pool was not heated. We were here end of April and the water was freezing cold. But those are minor details.

Beautiful place, new and modern, very well cleaned (every day). Not too far from Ponta Delgada and easy to go to other places on the island. The apartment has the best bed we ever slept in and the shower is fantastic. The garden is beautiful and you can take any fruits or vegetables you like. We got some bread and some pastries which was a very warm welcome. Paulo is an amazing host and very helpful. The property dog Vinnie is the cutest!

This was the perfect location for our family of 13. We were all able to have our own space, but shared common areas. We also all loved Vinny, their beautiful puppy! Housekeeping was excellent and overall stay exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the perfect place for our crew!

Nothing to mention, unless it is quite modern interior and if you’re looking for a more rustic style, it might not be an option. No breakfast is provided, but this wasn’t an issue for us as we prepared our own meals in the well-equipped kitchen.

We had a lovely stay at Quinta de Santa Clara. The property boasts a large, scenic territory with a beautiful garden featuring fresh lettuce, sweet oranges, and lemons to brighten your day. Although we visited in January and couldn’t use the pool, it’s there if you’re visiting during warmer months! The house has a modern design, great facilities, and a comfortable bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. They also provide extra towels for outdoor use and visits to thermal baths, which was a thoughtful touch. Excellent location, conveniently close to everything you need—airport, great restaurants, stunning natural attractions, supermarkets, and more. The property is close to the city center yet feels very private and secluded. A highlight for us was the shared laundry area with a washing machine and dryer—an absolute lifesaver after messy winter adventures in the Azores (if you know, you know). Paolo was an incredibly attentive and helpful host, quickly arranging a rebooking for us when our flights to and from Flores Island were canceled. He was readily available both onsite and online to assist with any questions or requests. And the cherry on top: charming, funny, and very friendly 9-month-old Saint Bernard named Winnie, the owners’ adorable little big and very good boy who made our stay even more delightful:)

1. We love the convenience of the location. Not the busiest part of Ponta Delgada but still very close to highway and supermarkets. 2. We stayed at Unit 2, which is a 2bedroom2bathroom unit. It was beautifully designed and tastefully decorated. Living room is spacious. The bedrooms are at two ends of the unit, perfect for kids and parents. The beds are very comfortable. The glass windows and doors allow so much sunlight into the room. 3. It has fully equipped kitchen. There are cooktop and microwave oven there. The vent hood works very well. They provide Nespresso pods, tea bags and a bottle of water everyday. We cook our breakfast each day. BTW, Azores has the most delicious diary products and eggs. 4. Staff are so friendly and flexible. We arrived in the morning before the official check-in time. Since the unit was available, they allowed us to check-in early. On the last day, we went for the canyoning activity in the morning, and they were so nice to allow us to check out a little late so we can wash and change. 5. Free washer and dryer on site. They even provide laundry detergent. This is so nice for a family traveling with kids. I would suggest provide English translation to the buttons on the wall. We used Google Translator. But one tenant took the dryer as the washer and it took us quite some time to clean up the powder laundry detergent in the dryer. 6. The whole Santa Clara is just beautiful. The lawn is perfectly manicured. The pool is beautiful. They really put a lot of thoughts to it. There are BBQ station besides the pool. They also included outdoor shower next to the pool. Although we didn't get to use the pool since it's winter, I am sure it will be so much fun for summer. There are so many things we love. We truly feel the owner and staff went out of their way to ensure our best experiences.

I fully recommend this place!! It's about heaven! It was very clean, comfortable, without noise ( you can only listen to the birds), very very beautiful spaces with a swimming pool, as well as with a big garden with several fruits! There is also a dog there, his name is Vini! He is very friendly! Honestly there was nothing negative to mention. Very friendly staff, always willing to help us! Congratulations!

Conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport, this property offers free and secure parking, which was a huge plus for us. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, making us feel right at home. The apartment, designed in a charming townhouse style, features beautiful contemporary decor with lots of thoughtful details. Daily room cleaning ensured everything stayed fresh and tidy. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome gifts, including milk, juice, and traditional bread. Additionally, water, coffee, and tea were replenished daily, which was a lovely touch. On our last evening, we were even treated to delicious biscuits—a thoughtful and memorable gesture. The staff also provided us with a lot of helpful travel tips, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy our stay to the fullest. Another highlight was being invited to enjoy the garden with its delicious, fresh oranges. It truly added to the experience. This place exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely come back again!

They have a nice dog, but he wants to play, he is biting, he bit us several tines - this is normal part of a dog's play especially for young dogs, BUT I am on vacation and don’t want to be scared and bit by the dog during my vacation.

Great location, good unit, clean, stuffed with kitchen items. The unit has been cleaned and the towels have been replaced every day. Good parking, has pool.

Beautiful location. Loved the garden where you could pick your own lettuce, herbs, bananas etc. We enjoyed the pool daily especially after a long day of touring about. The host is fantastic and extremely helpful. Thank you for all our treats!
