Ring had a kinda moldy, musty smell. They put a scented diffuser in the room and in the hallway but it seemed to just be covering up the dank smell. Air conditioner did not seem to chill down the room very much.

Parking is limited to street parking, with very few legal spots available. Everybody parking illegally so it seems to be fine...

There were no free parking place in front of the building, and the recepcionist was not helpful to show directions where to find. He spoke just a little english, maybe thats why. Anyway there are a lots of places (free of charge) just fewhundred meters far from there, at the harbour, wher the ships start to Berlengo.

Great value accommodation. Spacious room, superb location, good breakfast. Absolutely recommended.

The room was hot and no AC, only ventilator. WiFi went out all the time. Breakfast was nothing special, not much to choose from. We had to wear gloves to take out food.

The rooms was new and clean. Location is very good. Free parking on the street.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff nice, friendly, helpful. Room and the whole accommodation pleasantly furnished, with big bathroom. Very good breakfast is served 2 minutes away. Accommodation is in a excellent place. Not far from here is the Old Town and the harbour and many bars and restaurants in the area. I can only recommend!

The entire payment and check-in were by far the worst experience of my 40+ stays in Booking.com apartments. I logged over 20 emails and more WhatsApp messages from 3 days before arrival, constantly chasing and checking my payment and pre check in details. I couldn’t use my credit card and had to use booking.com messaging which doesn’t support attachments. WhatsApp of picture of my payment and passport was not acceptable, so in the end I had to pay via Multibanco which many tourists won’t be able to do. All very inflexible and off-putting. Why can’t they set up automatic payment upon booking and take the amount from your credit card a few days before arrival like ALL other reservations I make? Room was sparsely decorated and smaller than expected and again quite unique: there were 2 small water bottles but not any cup or glass in the room.. very strange. I messaged them after arrival but never got a reply nor was a glass delivered. All in all quite a forgettable experience compared to all other similar apartments throughout Portugal. This can be a nice good value place but they must facilitate their prepayment process.

Fantastic central location, for a decent rate. Quiet and clean but small room with comfy bed and nice shower. Breakfast was good with choices and fresh eggs. Located in a separate building across the street, but only from 8.30-10.00AM. Great Tapas restaurant next door.

The room was too hot, and their fake air conditioner on the wall was just a fan that did little. The beds were too hard, but it was clean and was good enough for a clean place to sleep.

Sadly we didn’t stay for the breakfast, but only because we were in a rush to get back on the road

Everything was Perfect. The hotel, the area, the parking place. I would recommend it.

I would kindly thank the owner for providing the breakfast, even if the Booking.com forget to remove it from the offer. It was very kind od the hotel.

- entry room isn't really clean - bathroom smells really bad - blanket and sheets was stained - blanket was far too thin - matrass was uncomfortable - you can hear the street outside the room the whole day and night - fridge was loud
