Nice apartment but still missing things for tourists staying for short time -lack of kitchen items to be able to cook by your self -you cant as a tourist for short time go and buy additional kitchen equipment. Area not the best-but managable

They have improved staff becoming good and now feel like they are trained. customer handling and understanding the requests is good now. Location is very nice, near to so many essential places. nice hotel to stay with Family.

The check-in process took far too long due to issues with the key cards. They provide three types of key cards: one for the lift, one for room electricity, and one for the door. Unfortunately, none of the cards worked in my case, and I had to return to the reception to get them reactivated.

The overall facility is nice, with comfortable, clean rooms that have a great ambiance. The apartments are well-equipped with everything you might need, and the amenities provided are of good quality.

I just wanted to take a moment to share about our amazing experience at your hotel. Our time at Central Inn was absolutely fantastic! The staff, from the security personnel to the receptionists and room service team, were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Kudos to the whole team for their exceptional service. The facilities at Central Inn are really something special. We loved how clean and inviting the hotel was, from the restrooms to the rooms, dining areas, and common spaces. The furnishings were not only stylish but also well-maintained, making us feel right at home. The peaceful and pleasant ambiance of the hotel allowed us to fully unwind and enjoy our evening without any disturbances. It was the perfect setting for relaxation. Our stay was definitely worth it! Our stay at Central Inn exceeded our expectations in every way. We wholeheartedly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for an amazing experience, and we can't wait to visit again in the future.

We all had a pleasant stay overall. 🏨 Ms. Kat, from the reception, she was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. 👏 It's also great that our room was maintained clean and fully equipped with a living room and appliances like a microwave, washing machine, and ref. 🛋️👌 It's even more awesome that they had a dish dryer, even if we haven't tried it yet. 🍽️ The bed is comfy and the lights promote restful sleep. 🛌💤 However, there is no breakfast options which can be disappointing for some guests. 🥐🥞 It's good to hear that the hotel is working on providing breakfast options in the future. 🍳👍 Regarding the TV, I guess its not a smart TV and we had trouble connecting our mobile device to it. 📺📱 Upgrading to a smart TV can certainly enhance guests' experience and make it easier to access entertainment and information. 👍 While weren't able to enjoy the pool, it's good to know that it's open for use from 5am to 12 midnight, giving guests ample opportunity to enjoy it. 🏊‍♂️🕔 Overall, we had a great experience at the hotel! 🌟 We to wanted express our gratitude to those staff of the Central Inn from the reception, to the concierge, housekeeping & security who truly made our stay comfortable and unforgettable.
