    “We rented two rooms for a few days, we got the top floor practically to ourselves. Rooms have AC, and a small shower. The common spaces include a kitchen, fridge and a very nice rooftop terrace. The location is excellent in Phan Tiet, with plenty of restaurants and the beach close by. Prepare to eat good seafood. Our host was extremely helpful at every point, helping us book services, finding laundry, etc... Overall the house is spotless clean, and you get to experience some of Vietnam with Phan Tiet mostly catering to local tourism from Saigon, and few foreigners. You can still visit e.g. sand dunes from there, but it's not the vibe of the coastal stretch from Phan Tiet to Mui Ne that is very touristic.”

    “Good location close to food court (outside dining) and walking distance to beach front. Room was big and spacious, bed comfortable. Room was cleaned, clean towels and free bottled water provided everyday. Staff very friendly and helped us book bus to HCMC. Breakfast offered seemed good value for money but we didn’t personally eat there.”

    “On arrival at Gio Homestay I was welcomed with a big smile from the owner Jenny .. She showed me to my room which was tastefully decorated , clean & with a nice bathroom .. The Grounds of the property are calming & relaxing & very well laid out & I felt very comfortable there .. Although the location of the property is a little way from the main centre of things Jenny can rent you a Scooter at a good price so that you can get around & see the sights , which I did .. The young girl that works there is very nice & helpful & will also make sure that you have a pleasant stay & all that you may need There is a roof terrace with a great view of the surrounding area & an on-site coffee shop .. All in all a great place to stay at a lovely family home .. Highly recommended ...”

    “We were immediately greeted by the management with complementary drinks. The host was able to book activities for us and recommended places to eat in the area. The language barrier was not an issue. The room was bigger than we expected, with a kitchenette. There was a hair-dryer, WiFi, fans in all the rooms, and AC in the bedroom. There was hot water and the shower worked as expected. The place was spotless. The host even provides flip-flops that are to be returned at the end. There is a big garden to relax and an option to do laundry. Gem's house is located near shops and restaurants that are a walking distance or a 5-minute ride only. The host was kind enough to help us book bus tickets to our next destination, we didn't have to worry about pick up times, everything went smoothly thanks to them. I would definitely book again if I'm around.”
