    “The place is good located. You can easily reach all the tourists attractions, shops and bakeries. The hostel has everything that you need for short staying. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem, guests were cleaning after themselves and one of the bathrooms was always free. The personal is kind, and the atmosphere is cozy.”

    “We stayed at Pansion am Filmpark, Potsdam (Room 13) for one night, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing considering the price of €225 for 2 adults and 1 child. Noise: During the night there was constant knocking in the room (possibly from the heating system/pipes). I later saw in other reviews that guests also complained about this problem, so it seems to be ongoing. Sleeping was very difficult. Cleanliness: The kitchen was not properly clean – crumbs on the shelves, dirty utensils, and not a single proper kitchen knife available. In the apartment itself, we found dust and dirt on the floor, even clumps of fluff. The bathroom smelled of damp and mold, which was unpleasant. Facilities: No towel dryer, which made things uncomfortable. Value for money: The apartment is spacious and the beds are comfortable, and we also appreciated the parking right next to the house and the supermarket (Aldi) within 50 meters. However, for €225 per night this is extremely overpriced and does not match the quality. For comparison: in Berlin city center we stayed at a 3-star hotel with an 8.0 rating for three nights for almost the same price (€230). Overall, the space and parking are positives, but the noise, cleanliness, and lack of basic equipment make this accommodation very poor value for money.”
