We had breakfast and dinner in your restaurant “Stella” We loved everything Breakfast outside under the overhead heaters, was absolutely lovely. Much more efficient and pleasant than the standup heaters. The food for both meals was absolutely outstanding. Beautiful presentation, fresh and most flavorful. We were also lucky enough to have Aaron as our server for both meals. She went above and beyond. Thanks for a great stay can’t wait to return.

The desk staff is helpful to mommas like me , the house keeping, the kitchen staff were so helpful when it came to essentials. we did need a few things. The food choices&snacks kept us full& no need to order out in a pinch if tired. snacks gave me a chance to make my kid happy as I worked with my boss on the computer in lobby. location +++ The ladies are more than helpful if you need little Nick knacks. Women’s pad and tampons , over the counter essentials. Super fast check in, they even had a 3rd party verification that was so much appreciated&needed as my family booked it for me. Sesame place is right there &sesame in their store on the left of the store entrance (don’t need to pay or go all the way in) has an atm that you can add cash to and get a Visa card to be used to pay for things as the area does not take cash. We are walkers/hikers it’s right in the middle of everything. The lobby is always a relaxing tv spot , the coffee is always ready and the breakfast area was so clean. I and my child always have an amazing time there. The pool and jaquzzi is such a beautiful add to a long day at the mall, parks and work. We never felt unsafe especially this time around. They now lock the lobby&all doors as in past it wasn’t. If you need anything or answers please ask the crew. The house keeping are so cleanly& make it perfect. Crispy sheets so nice. The beds were so comfy and the room is up to a6 people. the cleaning crew is a phone call away. The staff always answer the phone. I travel for work and leisure with a small child&the area is top notch. They have a play place in Burger King &at the mall for parents to do paperwork. The computer, the pens, the paper and the printer saved me. The coloring sheets and crayons in lobby what a blessing to my child.

I was there for personal business and needed a hotel that was not too far . I’ve stayed in many IGH holiday Inn Express hotels , so I booked this one . I did stay the night because the room was awful , and I did not feel comfortable.

New Hope has stores, restaurants and a world class Playhouse...

New Hope has stores, restaurants and a world class Playhouse. But its also has a parking problem. The easiest way to see a bit of New hope is to park ( Only Valet parking $30 flat feee) at the Bucks Co. Playhouse, visit a few stores nearby , then have lunch at either Martine's Riverside, Stella or the Playhouse Deck Restaurant , then see the matinee performance. After the performance we drove to our nearby accommodation at Peddler's Village ( the Golden Plough Inn) Making for easy walking access to the stores and restaurants at the village. The Holiday lights and decorations make it a wonderful time to visit Bucks County .

Staff was nice. The sheets and towels were clean. The room was outdated. The carpet needs to be replaced, it had stains and was pretty worn down. the walls could use a good scrub in the bathroom. No vending machines. Breakfast was really basic.

For the price it was a good place to stay.

For the price it was a good place to stay. I wish the insignia tv remote was in the room instead of a universal which didnt let me utilize the wifi on the TV to sign into disney because the TV was older and didnt let me mirror the app from my phone. The towels were old but clean same with the sheets. But the bed was comfy. The mini fridge didnt have a mini freezer but it kept my food cold.

The room was old and dark.

The room was old and dark. There was one lock and a latch on the door. I didn’t feel safe at all. People were walking right past our door and you could hear noise from the floor above us as well as next door and outside.No sleep at all! Complimentary breakfast consisted of cold cereal, bad coffee or a waffle! My husband asked for a tray to carry our plates on and was handed a dirty and dusty tray! Couldn’t wipe it down?! Very disgusted and disappointed!

The location was great for us going back and forth...

The location was great for us going back and forth Doylestown. There were nice places to eat nearby and also good shopping. Hotel in a pretty quiet area off main highway. We enjoyed the Eagle Diner…lots of menu items, large portions and very reasonable. The Italian Restaurant called Piccolo Trattoria was excellent. Great menu, great service.

Look im going to be honest.

Look im going to be honest. My experience was horrible, but it was during a bad situation. The property and location aren't bad. The staff were also nice for basic things. They just weren't prepared to deal with the response to a weather emergency. I have a deeper concern with the corporate structure as they were very comfortable directing people in a though situation to other in network properties but seems to have zero coordination when it came to addressing fees that we were told would be waived.

Breakfast was ok. Didnt like sausage too much.not much variety for the hot breakfast.staff was amazing. Accommodating. Location perfect 20 min from everything.despite minor cleanliness issues in room it wass resolved quickly.

We spent out time at New Hope and Washingtons crossing. Scenic drive down River Road is outstanding with the fall colors. Quaint towns and hairpin turns keep the drive interesting. Place names such as Upper Black Eddy and Cold spring creamery road add to the charm.

Close to the Oxford Valley Mall, Sesame Place, less than 5 minute drive. Under 10 minutes to some great restaurants, not food chains bu they are close as well. Major interstates, Route 1, 95 close by and also within driving distance to New Hope and Peddlers Village.
