“The aircon flow was good, and it managed to cool the room down quickly, which was a necessity given the heat outside. The towels smelled fresh from laundry, and they provided us with water bottles and clean towels during our 2 nights stay. The staff was quick to problem solve when the initial room that was assigned to us didn't have hot water. She reassigned us to another room within the same hour and ensured it was having hot water.”
