  “The staff especially Elizabeth, were very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very good with 2 large beds for myself and my daughter. We were allowed to book in early as our flight arrived early in the morning. We were able to stay until our early evening flight. The breakfasts were very good with plenty of choice. We had some evening meals there and they were excellent. The bar area provided a lovely view of evening sunsets. It’s not far from the Impala Sanctuary - we walked there. The taxi driver, Gideon, who picked us up when we arrived, was helpful and took us to various places on other days.”

  “The kind of hospitality from the staff on duty was exceptionally welcoming. I take great exception to Magdalin and Faith, their welcoming spirit is what one would want to have while on vacation. Again the place quiet, clean and serene atmosphere... The food was also good while all other facilities were factional. I would recommend VIP Lounge for anyone seeking for a nice place for vacation. VIP Lounge Kisumu keep up the good work!”

  “The place was clean.The bedsheets were being washed frequently. Ie njoyed the site and also saw the crocodiles. It was very easy to connect to town since vehicles were just stopping by the gate. The water was hot and plenty of water.”
