  • Honne Hotell Review score: 7

“Well, completely ok for one night. And ok for the price, you can't expect much more for it. But it was the only night in the region, so I can't compare.”

  • Lillehammer Stasjonen Hotel Review score: 10

“Joined on to station also you can roll out of bed on to a train! Large, clean room, good cafe/restaurant on site and plenty of options for breakfast”

  • Overnattingsrom Rudshøgda Review score: 8

“It's basic so don't expect luxury or romance. Taxis in the area are outrageously expensive (welcome to Norway!) The bed was comfortable, although the sheets barely covered the mattress. We took 3 adjacent rooms for our group; one room has a picnic table outside, which was handy. One of the 3 rooms had a kettle. No fridge or desk or tea/coffee supplied.”

  • Gjøvik Hovdetun Hostel Review score: 8

“Breakfast and staff were fantastic, room was very basic and very warm so had to borrow a fan from reception, we had a room with two bunk beds and a shared bathroom as we booked late so no choice, next time will book with an en suite as didn’t like sharing bathroom.”

  • Frichs Hotel Hamar Review score: 10

  • Scandic Lillehammer Hotel Review score: 7

“Close to the jump table; big parking area in front of the hotel; rich breakfast buffet; friendly staff at the reception.”

  • Scandic Victoria Review score: 10

“I like this hotel very much - it is my favorite in Lillehamer :)”

  • First Hotel Breiseth Review score: 10

“Easy to find when entering the city. Easy access to hotel from parking place! Quick and friendly service at reception! Good breakfast!”

  • “Excellent Hotel. The best one we’ve stayed in, in Norway. Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Great shared areas with comfy sofas to sit, fabulous breakfast and great value for money. Easy walk, or scooter, into town. Great hike up the valley from the doorstep. Lovely location.”
