“The best thing of this traditional stone house in the Toscana is it's ownwer, Grazia, wich is absolutely lovely. The house is in the middle of the countryside (nearest restaurant or supermarket at about 7km), but Grazia offers you coffee, milk, yogurt, juice, cakes for breakfast. The appartment is very spacious, it's clean and confortable. It was a bit cold at the arrival, but Grazia solved that. You can park for free next to the road 20 or 30 m away. The house is very well located to visit the Toscana area. And it has a beatiful swimming pool that we didn't use as we booked the house in november.”
“1. Very tastefully done - very clean, quiet, serene location. Really like your own home.
2. Short drive into Arezzo’s various large parking lots.
3. Very good host. Took time to show us everything.
4. Value for money.
5. Very good facilities. Free parking right in front of accommodation. There’s a lift.”
“Very nice apartment 5 minutes walking to Santa Maria Novela Train station. Duomo is about 20 minutes walking and Galleria Uffizzi 25 minutes. The tram station is in front of the apartment. The apartment is full equiped and from the back balcony you can see Duomo. It was very clean, comfortable and pleasant. Giusy(the hostess) even though we arrived late(20.30) was waiting for us to explain about the entrance( entrer with code), gave us information about Florence and a map explain us everything. She was very helpfull, very kind, very nice lady and every time we need something she was responding immediately. There was a welcome bottle of red wine with some snacks which are very tasteful(specially the wine) and pleasant surprise. Its the reason that you like to stay when travelling.I will be back in the future for sure.”
“Great location within easy walking distance of the major attractions. Large apartment with well stocked kitchen and two bathrooms with showers, hairdryers and toiletries.
Beautifully designed and very spacious apartment. Would throughly recommend.
Supplied with bathrobes and slippers - all lovely extra touches.”
