“We expected a four-star hotel to deliver a high standard, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The bathroom was in very poor condition, with broken parts of the water controls, cracked tiles, and visible mold in the grout. The reception staff, both at check-in and check-out, were rather unfriendly and provided no additional information or assistance—not even a simple question if we needed anything else.
Waiting times for the elevators were extremely long, which made moving around the hotel quite inconvenient. The pool was also a major letdown: for a hotel of this category it was exceptionally small, more reminiscent of a decorative pond than a proper swimming pool.
On a positive note, housekeeping was carried out daily and towels were replaced regularly. However, the overall décor and facilities are clearly outdated and in need of refurbishment. The parking was also very expensive. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, nor did it offer quality in line with the price.”
“The room was very well kitted out, a cross between a hotel room and a studio apartment. The fridge was a real bonus. The pool was a great added extra”
“The rooms were clean and spacious and really comfortable. The location was a good mid point between the beach and the old town, and if you didn't fancy the walk there is a bus stop right outside the hotel... We got the Valencia card, but you can just use your bank card to tap on for €2 per trip.
Perfect location for anyone visiting the science and arts complex.”
“It was clean. The staff were friendly. It was very close to the city centre. I was happy that my chauffeur could park the car in the hotel car park and safely leave it there for the duration.”
“We had a wonderful stay at One Shot Puerta Ruzafa and couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel sits in an ideal spot that puts you within easy reach of Valencia's main attractions, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. What really impressed us was the convenience - the train station and multiple bus stops are just a short walk away, which made getting around the city and to/from the airport incredibly simple.”
“People are so welcome and nice.
Our room was so clean we really enjoyed our stay and differently when I come again to Valencia I'll book again with them.”
