I think was the ventilator from the bathroom was too noisy and the drain from the tub didn’t take so easy the water but wasn’t an issue for us .

The location was very close of museums was in the centre of Iasi , very easy to take a taxi and to go to visit things.

This is a great hotel. They really try to offer a good service and they manage to do it. The staff are very professional, the hotel offers spa, a nice restarant and good breakfast, the location is just perfect - overlooking the main square of the city. Deffinitely worth the money.

We missed some small playroom or place for children or at least some toys/games.

Great breakfast with prosecco🥂, location in the centre👍, very good swimming pool and wellness, comfortable bed (only one blanket on double bed but we asked for second one and ok👌), good cleaning service.. We liked very much!

Spa was included in the room price and we had a room on the 12th floor with excellent panoramic views of the city. The room was also clean and generously spacious and the bed was big and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at Unirea! The location is very convenient and it is possible to take a walk to the attraction points of the city. Breakfast has many options and it was very good.

I've heard that the hotel is going through a renovation and that I landed in an old room with old furniture. The towels were worn out. I think they were old and in need of replacement.

The breakfast location was very nice mostly because of the view. The food options were also good. Plenty to choose from. The staff was friendly and the general atmosphere was very pleasant. The views from room at the 8th floor towards the square were very nice.

Great hotel, especially enjoyed the Spa facilities as I see them as the main attraction for it, with an excellent position in the middle of the city to easily reach anywhere. Offers everything you would expect and more.

I didn't like that the bed creaked with every movement, which made me unable to rest properly. The bathroom door was very old, the wood rotted and I guess from the humidity, it didn't even close with the handle. The rooms and bathrooms need to be modernized.

I liked the room's view of the city, and the Panoramic restaurant with amazig city view and good food. The breakfast was great as well, and the fact they have pool, saunas, gym and massage options, which can make the journey more pleasant.

Overall it was a very good stay. The only things I liked a bit less were that the room were heated quite to a lot compared to what I'm used to in my home place (but so is the rest of public space in Romania) + through the ventilation I did catch some smoke smell one night which wasn't pleasant, probably due to a neighbour smoking even though it's forbidden by the hotel.

The room was big and comfortable. Very good in-room amenities. Very central location, close to a nice city centre and touristic attractions. Staff very helpful & 24/7 checkin was great.

Cigarettes smell sometimes comes from the bathroom from other guests, but here the guests are the ones who need to behave compliant and smoke just in allowed areas.

I liked the breakfast, was offering a good variety of products from where allergic people, vegetarian or vegan people can also enjoy! The food was tasty and included also some traditional Romanian elements: e.g. zacusca. The room was clean and cosy, good size of the bed, Fridge, TV, bottle of drinking water, etc.
