Very delicious România breakfast. The room was clean and good. Great view to the lake. Mini bar. Smart TV. Five steps to buss station. and Julius Mall. I'm very satisfied with hotel. Will come to visit Cluj-Napoca, and will stay here again.

Poor Wi-fi. The bathroom is to small with no place for toiletries, the hotel is in renovation which means noise, bad smells and the stairs being closed. This means the whole building uses the same small elevator which broke one evening. There are often crumbs on the tables at breakfast. Even though the hotel advertises about the tennis courts on their pages, no one at the reception knows details about booking them.

Not all the rooms have balcony. Because it is near Iulius park it is very noisy. Only after midnight it was quiet. And early the moning around 7 am the noise from the park starts.

Although close together rooms were expressly requested, we could get them grouped only after a long discussion at the reception desk. Very slow service at the reception upon arrival: 30 minutes to get room keys. Cigarette smoking smell on the room corridor. Breakfast service depending on the team on duty: extremely effective and polite service and full plateaux on some days, minimal care for customers on other days. Access to reception lobby by two flights of stairs, very difficult for elderly / disabled guests., elevator to lobby not working.

Good location, nice landscape by the lake with own parking lot at a good price. Good breakfast. Clean, quiet room with lake view. The hotel is good to very good, but there are a few important things to fix: lobby access, reception staff effectiveness, breakfast staff training and checking.

Bathroom was extremely small. I not big by any means and even I had work my way around the sink, door, shower. I was charged for the parking and even so, had to make several runs until I found a spot, ridiculous.

The view over the lake is always something to wake up to. Or just sit on the balcony and enjoy a glass of wine. Bed pretty comfortable nothing special, but good never the less.

Arrived tired late night, 4am, business trip booked with card, had to settle all registrations and invoice before being allowed to the room. Found crumbles around the floor and pieces of biscuit. First light in executive room was not working, asked to change it for 3 days in a row, not done
