The noise was a major issue — trams passing right by the window woke us up frequently during the night. Additionally, there were some cleanliness concerns, including dust and rust in the bathroom.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to the city center and well connected by public transport. It's also a very budget-friendly option.

The toilet especially the shower doesn’t look clean but for easygoing travelers is good enough. Blankets in the room would be good for chilly nights. It works as a self check-in and the process of the payment feels strange and not very welcoming. As soon you are in the room he wants you to write him and put the money in a mail box and send him a video of the process. If you don’t do it in the next 20’ he writes you again. What if you don’t have the exact money? But then 20’ later he came to pick it up… It is very noisy because of its proximity to the traffic on the street (it is a first floor).

The location is good! Close to parks, restaurants, bus, tram and metro connections. The room was cozy, spacious and clean. Hot shower, towels, toilet paper, and soap were included. Wi-Fi worked well.

This property is easily accessible by public transport. They allowed us to check in early which we were very grateful for. Nice and helpful staff. Everything about this location is clearly laid out in their description. Our room was very clean.

There is a lamppost that shines through the window and the road next to the room is very loud which makes it difficult to sleep.

There is a mold in the building, you can smell it. In case someone is allergic to it. There is some improments that could do with the place. Like fix the door handles. Also there is a mold in the shower. Matresses were also bad. With little things it could be better. More cleaning maybe.

I would suggest paying more attention to the cleanliness of the room floors, especially the cleanliness of the bathroom, since it is shared.

Accommodation is in a good location, the price is reasonable, and the staff is friendly.

It's a noisy room. There was a window to a busy street where cars and buses pass constantly. The toilet could have been cleaner. But for the price is what you could expect.

The room was cheap and had the basics: bed and the furniture to leave your things. There also was the shower with hot water. The guy that rents the room was kind and attentive.

- It is not clear if you have to pay a city tax, but my reservation says that a VAT tax is included. -The shower and toilet are leaking and that causes the bathroom floor to flood.

The person in charge was not very communicative, while trying to get in we had to ask for every single step, as it was not clear how to find the doors etc. The decription on booking was also misleading in terms of parking as there was no parking at the premises. Shower in the bathroom leaked and the bathroom itself was not very clean. Another unclear information was about the kitchen as it actually was no kitchen at all just a room with a fridge, a basin, cabinet with some plates and mugs and a kettle. Plus a table with chairs.

Rooms were nicely furnished, there was decent internet and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. There was shower and toilet separated which was convenient when more people arrived.

Since it is on the street, when trams come and go, the ground vibrates a bit 😅. Also, this makes it a bit noisy.

I loved how convenient the location is to reach the touristic places as the bus and tram stops are just 5 mins on foot. The owners were so nice to us, they showed and told us every detail, the lady gave us some information about Serbian culture. The rooms were large and comfortable. They only accept cash. Keep this in mind.

Heating is weak, and with such widows barely does its job. Also because of the windows(or rather their absence) you're fully aware of any tram coming by the building

The host's office is right in front of our room. It's a bit awkward and not really private. But it's not a big problem.

Location is great. The host was very supportive, she even waited outside in cold winter to bring us to the room. The heater worked very well. The price is really cheap indeed.

The owner is very kind and feels like home. The location is very convenient. There is a delicious bakery downstairs and a Chinese restaurant opposite. There are many interesting shops around there that are worth exploring. When I come to Belgrade again, I will choose to stay here again.

There is no possibility to pay with card or PayPal. Shared bathroom is very old and incomfortable so I even did not take a picture of that. Bed is small and hard. There was only bed and kettle in the room.

Staff in there is very friendly and answers very quick. The price for three nights was about 62 EUR, which is relatively cheap in my opinion. Location is not bad: it is not the very center, but in 10-15 minutes by foot you can reach a lot of places. Internet was very good.
