The road immediately out the main entrance is very busy, sometimes blocked by buses. We could not find the car park.

The hotel is not located near transport,shops or parks, which means you need to get a taxi to anything. The bathroom was beautiful but could present serious health and safety issues. The floor tiles are large and slippery. A rubber mat needs to be provided. Water leaks into the area outside the shower recess.

Room was excellent. The front desk, dining room and cleaning staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The pool was beautiful, we swam each day. Breakfast was delicious and all cultures were catered for.

The only improvement I would suggest is to have some carpets for the bathroom in the room The marble floor was very slippery, especially when it’s wet.

A small part of the staff communicated very harshly. Intercultural competence could be examined more closely here. It would also be nice if the spa area were a quiet zone.

Exhaust fan that was very loud and next to my room so I couldn't leave the balcony door open in the evening, room #26. The view from my room around the hotel, there are ruins.

It says the restaurant is open until 11:00 PM, but in fact you can't order after 10:30 PM. The spa opens at 7:00 AM, but at 7:30 AM the sauna isn't heated yet.

I can't think of anything about this hotel that displeased us. We had a lovely time at this hotel.

Location. The hotel is not far from Belgrade's Nikola Tesla Airport (BEG), between 15-20 minutes by taxi. It's also not far from the centre of the city, about 15 minutes in a taxi, but also conveniently, there are local buses that stop a few minutes from the hotel. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Thank you, in particular to Ružica in the restaurant. Her omelettes, fried, and poached eggs were a treat for breakfast each morning of our stay. Thank you to all the staff working at this wonderful hotel, your enthusiasm for the happiness of your guests, really left a great impression on us. The room we had was extremely clean and had a new carpet smell, very fresh. There was a coffee machine and a kettle in our room, a safe for valuables, and a fridge. There is plenty of storage space, also. We had a balcony and the room has air conditioning facilities. There are spa facilities, a gym, a sauna, and a swimming pool with the water at a comfortable temperature. Overall, it was a very comfortable hotel in a good location. When we decide to visit the city of Belgrade, we won't hesitate to choose this hotel again. Thank you for having us.
