We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

HungaryWe missed a fridge in the room, but we could use one of theirs in the hall. The view from the Windows is shocking (car wrecker). Saturday music until 12pm. Dogs barking from 3-5am. But all in all it was a nice place for short stay. Srbijan lifestile pure!
Everything was freshly renovated, modern, nice and clean! Excellent food for dinner (not included), excellent breakfast. Super-super friendly and helpful people! You can pay everything by card.

LithuaniaThe location quite far from the city center. Hotel surrounds automobile scrapyard. Also roome was without AC and at our stay was 32 C, it was challenging to fall asleep. But during our stay, workers installing AC, so probably in close future the rooms will be more comfortable on hot days :)
Very good staff, endless care and helpfulness. My little daughter was cutted lip a little bit and for her was challenging to eat a breakfast, but staf changed ordered breakfast and bring a gift for her bottle of juice not from the breakfast menu. Also have a restoran, with really great food, be a aware the portions quite big :). I really recommend to book food in the restaurant, really very good food and good prices.

North MacedoniaThe odour coming from the bathroom. The neighbourhood is very questionable. And most importantly as I mentioned this is a restaurant not a hotel or motel or any other kind of accommodation. In the description there is nothing mentioned that their primary business is organising events like weddings or something similar. When someone books an apartment is expecting to have a rest so can continue exploring the nearby city or his voyage. In this "accommodation" this is not possible. The event that was organised started at 18:00 and finished at 01:10, and after that the staff not on their fault, started moving the chairs and tables for an additional half hour. So if you want to rest after a long drive so you can continue the next day, this is not the place for you!!! The price is quite cheap but it is not worth it at all!
This is a restaurant that has few apartments as an additional business. The staff working there is the only highlight and because of them I rate it with 5 stars otherwise it would for sure be 1.
