There is no clear sign how to reach the "reception" and which way to go when you reach the parking.

Excellent location next to Drina river. Its a big property with a restaurant, spa, sports zone, man-made beaches next to river, horses and donkeys roaming around freely and there is really a lot you can do if the weather is nice. The restaurant staff was really helpful when it comes to choosing dishes and the music is exceptional! We didn't have opportunity to try different activities offerer by the property because of the bad weather but nevertheless we enjoyed our stay.

Our room was in the main building, quadruple room, with very basic furniture; not really comfy beds, with squeaking sounds on every move; TV very small and not working. Bathroom facilities very old, half of them broken. The ethno village should offer discounted prices for their guests who are staying for more nights for food and other services. Very pricey.

We liked the location a lot, next to the river Drina, with beautiful nature, free running horses and donkeys.

We came at night, phone number provided by Booking didn't work (a woman who answered didn't speak English), there is no sign to reception from the parking place so we had some problems before located the watchman, who was of great help after all.

Very relaxing, Drina is gorgeous although fast enough here so swim with caution.

Not much to say honestly! The only thing that bothered us, out of many activities stated, we couldn't go horse riding because the guy in charge was never there. The tennis court is not usable, way too many holes and uneven ground. No other complaints.

Amazing view, food is incredible and well worth the money! The staff was super nice. Rooms are just enough for a cosy evening. The place is clean, well maintained, and its right on the river. Absolutely will come again.

Staff not work 00-24h . I had to wait half hour for check in. Restoran do not work before 8am. I was waiting for check out also. Invoice bussines couldnt contain all details which i need according my company travel police

Please put the normal size of the trash bin in the bathroom. That tiny one is for the car not for the 3-adult room. That was ridiculous to see. Urgently replace it. Alo install some hangers in the bathroom, no place where to hang the towels or some clothing. The rest is fine.

I was hoping to stay in the one of little houses (bungalows) but I wasn't aware of booking just a regular hotel room. However the room was ok, comfy and clean. Enough space, enough towels and the bed was comfortable. To be honest coming there is not to be expecting 5 stars hotel and all the luxurious, if you want that don't come here than. This is the place for people to enjoy nature and good environment so the accommodation should be not that important. Overall we are satisfied, it was nice.

The room was very expensive, dark and very small. There wasn't even one glass in the room for 4 person. We should go to restaurant to ask. The personal wasn't polite at all. In the morning at 7 a.m. (!) someone begin drill the walls right under our room and turn on the music very loudly. Early in the morning! And then there were very unpleasant smell of smoke. We found enormous hole in the floor to the basement where builders do makeovers

We booked a room for 2 people on a river bank, but we were given a room for 3 on a backyard. When it's raining, the water is everywhere, you cannot walk around the territory. The food was very fatty, salty, not tasty at all (regular omelette)

There was NO A/C it was too hot and couldn’t sleep and the windows had no netting so there would be bugs coming in and out. The shower and sink were clogged. There is no fridge. 100 euros per night and not worth the money I am really disappointed!!!!

The room itself was really not worth the price we paid. The room was not cleaned well - very dusty and a lot of spider webs. The towels were so harsh - it's as if they were washed 500 times before. We did not use them at all, they were hard as stone. I believe it's not hard to invest a bit in newer sheets/towels etc. Especially for this price. Also, boat rides were not available at all.

I liked that the river was so close and we were able to have a swim. The animals (horses and donkeys especially) were the best thing on the property! I'm glad they keep good care of them and they have plenty of space! The staff was really pleasant.
