I didn’t realize we would have to pay in cash and as far as I can tell this was not indicated prior. Thankfully a nearby ATM allowed us to withdraw cash so it wasn’t a huge inconvenience

Good location near the main road but still quiet. Awesome facilities including indoor private, heated pool, large television, clean bathrooms, extremely comfortable beds, washing machine w/ drying rack, well-stocked kitchen in terms of cooking utensils. Staff (Abdul and Abu Naif) were absolutely wonderful and treated us like esteemed guests.

It’s very good value of money . It’s simple apartment with ground plus 2 rooms and separate bathrooms even on bathroom available on ground floor, make things more convenient. Good TV lounge with specious kitchen and appliances fridge , washing machines etc was working well. Location wise depends on ur preference if you are coming from Riyadh / airport side it will be bit away from sail kabeer and main city but close to Hada / Al Shafa mountains . So in our case we like the drive because we spent a day over the surrounding to explore masjid Ibn Abbas which was very close also shafa mountains 30 minutes drive . The area is very peaceful and zero noise. Also very close supermarket. So I highly recommend if you are looking something very reasonable in budget price good for it .

Location was little isolated, but market available at 05 to 10 minutes drive.

Everything was just amazing, very spacious. Well-maintained and clean facilities. Kitchen was equipped with all the utensils. My stay was in three bad room villa. All the room was specious. Lift was available for first floor and ut has terrace sitting and Majalish. Just beautiful.

Al Dana Plaza Villa was a truly wonderful place to stay. The location was ideal, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nice, Clean, Big enough villa to accommodate to 8 people. Saudi majlis will introduce you you to Saudi traditional living room was surprisingly extra and big outdoor unit available. staff was very cooperative and helpful. Farhaad on reception tried to do his best to make our stay memorable. Babul the bell boy was very helpful in check-in and checkout. Owners son Naïf met us on reception while we checkout and a pleasant bilingual person, very dynamic young man assured us even better next time if we stay or recommend anyone to stay here.

Excellent place to stay. Good facilities. Comfy beds. Good for families. Lots of privacy. Quiet neighborhood. Markets nearby. The villa is exceptionelly well cleaned. The staff is attentive to any request. Abdullah ibn abbas mosque is only 10 min drive away.

The place has a really good ambiance. Very clean and tidy. The staff are very accommodating as well, especially Mr. Naif. It exceeded our expectations. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
