They misbehaved at check-out time for on-the-spot check out which was very disappointing

    1. Easy access to Haram with 10 minutes walk 2. Pray area (masjid) inside hotel was nice and lively at prayer times 3. A lot of eat-out options, snacks and super markets all around

Washroom facilities were not too great.. water was coming out on the floor from the shower area which making the floor wet. Small size rooms as compare to the one I stayed in the past.. it is 4 star rating hotel ( not a 5 star)

It was nice short stay . Not too far from the Haram. Staff was nice and helpful.

Cleaning was to the bare minimum. Only bins were emptied daily and tea/coffee station topped up. Half way our stay I requested a deep clean and change of some bedding. It was partially done. Around the bathroom sink there were little annoying flies. The management said its due to climate change. No fresh fruits or egg station.

Distance to haram is decent, walking distance. Friendly staff. Was invited to tea party events twice, which was very nice of them. Management takes interest in making improvements and asks our opinion. This was my 4th stay here. Location and price brings me back. Rooms are good and comfortable too. Good variety of food, we had half board.

The front of the property was too rowdy, you had to supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure they cleaned the bathrooms properly, and the breakfast buffet was uninteresting

Proximity to Haram, and the warm welcome party they hosted us to.

The only downside was that getting through to reception by phone was difficult, as they didn’t seem to answer.

We had a great experience staying at Emaar Grand Hotel. The location is good - just a short walk to Masjid Al Haram. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall the hotel felt peaceful and well-maintained.

We arrived at 8:00am but the check in time was 16:00 so we couldn’t access the room till 17:00. That was after more than 12 hours of flying, etc so we were very tired. So we did our umrah before check in and the rest of our stay we could barely catch up on tiredness. The distance from hotel to Haram sharif is about 15 mins (one straight road) and during busy times can be a bit longer because of the crowd and also the road is slightly uphill (for mobility/wheelchair users)

Good hotel and friendly staff. Clean and good size rooms. There are 2 towers, tower 1 & 2. The hotel is on lively & bustly Ibrahim Khalil Road which has ample shops, street vendor and many places to eat.

I was disappointed to discover that, despite it being mentioned that the hotel offers a shuttle service, I was ignored when I inquired at the front desk, and upon arrival, I found out that no such service is actually available. My parents stayed here two years ago, and given that they are elderly and had to walk a significant distance, it would be highly beneficial for the hotel to provide shuttle services, especially for senior citizens, disabled guests, and young children. Implementing this would greatly enhance the convenience and comfort for all guests.

I appreciate the overall look and design of the hotel, as well as its cleanliness. The breakfast options were satisfactory; although not extensive, the quality was good and thoughtfully selected. One downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the Haram.
