Not much choices specially for food ,also there is no coffee shop .. the signs of the facility and direction was not clear mentioning that the space was big in the resort and for me it was difficult to find the spa area that i had to go by my car to reach it and asked many times about its place. Also needs more chairs on the beach for relaxing. And staff should not allow people to move the chairs and collect them at one place

The staff was not responding most of the time. The price was not compatible with the quality of the place and services. The activity inside has alot of instructed limited timeline and short as well.

The facilities that were advertised were not available. The reception staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful when asked. Overall, the resort could have been nice; however, it is not properly maintained, the staff lacks hospitality, and the villa is subpar.

The only good thing about the property was the access to the beach.

However, there are areas that require improvement. The sofa and chairs in the villa were stained, and we encountered cockroaches and ants. The shower had low water pressure, and the water kettle was faulty, though it was promptly replaced. While we appreciated the sandy beach and sea view, we were concerned when a horse passed by and defecated near children playing in the water. The expansive surroundings featured lush greenery, a spa, and a 24-hour mini market. The pool, though lacking a lifeguard and available towels, could use some maintenance.

Local breakfast is served at the restaurant, which offers a lovely sea view. The accommodation we stayed in had a charming garden view, providing a sense of privacy. The staff members were respectful, responsive, and efficient. Children enjoyed various activities available nearby, such as a play area for a fee, as well as affordable water sports.

The service is poor, the prices are unreasonable and the hygiene of the chalets on top of the beach side.

The property is one of the best in town but it can be much cleaner from the concept of the chalets and the beach side. They need more of regular maintenance.

-The prices are a bit high -There should be more securities available around the beach area ( I saw 2 men harassing 2 females and following them around and unfortunately no on intervened from the facility ) -There should be beach guards during the whole swimming time in the beach ( from morning till afternoon) as there are many children swimming

- the beach is very spacious and clean , the sands are so soft and fluffy -many activities available such sport center, horse riding , swimming in the beach or pool , bicycle - foods and drinks were available in many areas with acceptable prices -Smooth checking in and out , with good room service response

The restaurant staff didn't even smile while serving us. The security and the maintenance staff are welcoming and always smiling. Also there is no wifi in the villa.

Housekeeping is not reachable. The telephone line is not working and you must go to the front office whenever you need something. There is a bad smell mainly due to the swage line I believe. Management needs to fix it urgently. This is killing the guest experience.

The location is one of the top in Al Khobar and they have various activities in the resort. Breakfast was ok. but not a fantastic one. The same spread over the two days.

I think the restaurant needs updating, the menu needs to be more thorough with desserts too - we were told its not available constantly. The breakfast buffet could be more international.

I travelled for work and they do not have internet in the villas, which was serious non-sense because im not a Saudi resident and I do not have a Saudi sim, i was unable to work while being comfortable in my villa that i paid for. Instead i had to spend all the time sitting inside or outside the restaurant, even to talk to my family in UAE and USA as that was the only place with wifi.
