At the moment there is a construction site near this hotel. so expect noise during your stad in your room.

What you get with that price was really good! room interior is really modern, which is not usual and hard to get here (even 5 stars hotel are normally oldies). location is good, not the nearest one but 10 minutes walk max to Nabawi Mosque is totally walkable. The staff (a man) at reception was super friendly. I forgot his name :( I Highly recommend this hotel! aah and there were no queueing problems with elevators :)

The check in process at 4, not convenient, and as you need to checkout by 12, the timing isn’t great and can be very difficult after a long trip. The bedding had a smell, so perhaps the linen wasn’t changed or pillow need a deep clean

I think the location was very good and walking distance form the masjid. The staff were very pleasant and helpful from the housekeeping team to the check in team. Jumana was very helpful with helping me order a careem to the station. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms could be a little bigger. There is heavy construction next to the hotel, causing noise during both the day and night. there could be more options for breakfast

The hotel was clean, and the staff was courteous and spoke good English. The distance to Gate 310 of Masjid Nabawi is about an 8-minute walk. There are several good fast food pickup locations nearby

I got small room changed only after compling water log after shower .later I moved better room with glass door in shower .but water gun used for toilet got leaked. Called again asked to change the nazzel .bigger than before.should have done checked before giving to guest who is shattered after long travel delayed and cancelled flight of saudia from London Riyadh than madina

1. We found the room being small for a 3-bed, and could not even accommodate opening 2 medium sized suitcases without blocking the bed or the wardrobe. There was no space for even 1 person to pray in the room. 2. The in-hotel food choices didn’t appeal to our palette. 3. The floor slope in the bathroom is incorrectly built, and needed us to use a wiper to drain it after each use.

About 5-7 minute walk to Masjid An Nawabi and entry from gates 309-310 and close to the Noble Rawdah. Passing by Masjid Al Ghamamah & Masjid Abu Bakr (r.a.) on the way. The prompt service of ALL hotel staff , and their pleasant attitude. They attended to all our needs and requests promptly.
