Attitude matters everywhere but specially in hospitality industry. One of the receitionist is not fit for tgis job. Extremely bad attitude even more than worst. He doesnt have idea how to meet and greet guests. He was like fight with any customer.

All good except one of the receptionist staff. Having more than worst attitude. He is absolutely not fit for this industry. Really upset due to his attitude and behavior. Non cooperaive. Aggresive behavior. Doesnt want to listen to customer.

Room was facing towards main road and a bit noisy in the night due to traffic horns. Furthermore, Air conditioner was too cold and thermostat wasn't working, tried it with technician and he told switch is faulty and need to be replaced but he never came back.

Breakfast can be improved. They charged me an hourly rate for parking without notifying me earlier. Usually, parking is free in this off-season. Even hotels charge 50 SAR per day in Ramadan high peak season.

Communication wasn't the quickest via Booking.com. But when in the country, they were easy enough to call.

Short walk from the Masjid. Staff were very kind and accommodating of our very late check in. I actually left my phone charger at the hotel and the incredibly kind staff worked diligently to find it and return it to me which was very much appreciated.

I think parking for guests staying at the hotel should be free of cost. I wasn't aware that as a guest I still have to pay for parking - which by the way there is no sign mentioned nor I was informed the same by the security guard nor was informed about it while checking in

Nothing disliked as such. As mentioned before, further uplift needed to refurbish remaining parts of the hotel to modernize it fully.

The location of the property is excellent (very close to masjid - 5 min walk to main entrance). The staff are very friendly and accommodating in particular the restaurant manager Mr. Faisal. He really went the extra mile in arranging a very nice room (very big and recently refurbished) and also sent up a basket of fruit and a flask full of Arabic coffee (very nice touch and highly appreciated). The property has recently been partially refurbished but they should also focus on upgrading the lobby/entrance area including the coffee shop and the main two restaurants. Those are looking old and tired and need an upgrade to uplift the overall customer experience. An expenditure incurred for the renovations will be recovered quickly through additional customer revenue as a result of positive feedback received (customer referrals etc.). The breakfast was also great but I suggest adding more options in particular for children. I would visit again based on my recent experiences and would highly recommend to other potential guests. Excellent customer service received from the entire team - keep up the great work!
