Hostellerie La Digue was exceptional right in the middle of La Passe close to everywhere, a beautiful and spacious creole type self catering . The service of the staff was excellent Emmy was really a plus to this unit. She arranged for us to have bikes to rent, gave us all the information that we needed, shared her phone number in case we needed her and she always answered our messages right away. All the exceptional service with a huge smile, we can’t thank her enough 😀

Great place. Close to ferry, 5min walk. Fantastic Emmy picked up us at ferry, she really made our stay pleasent. Got us a bikes. Supermarket was bihand the corner, great bakery, restaurants. House was clean and great air-conditioning. Enough water. Recomend

Perfect location, very close to the port no need to carry a lot your luggages. Bakery nextdoor, good coffee and pastries for breakfast. Amy, our host was super cute, she helped us rent bicycles that were at our door in 5 minutes, also she was waiting for us in the port, what a nice surprise. Definitely if coming back would stay again here.

The mirror is just in the bathroom, and lightning there is not the best.

Location is nice . Ruby come and pick up us from ferry terminal with his assistant. We have earlier check in . Apartment and rooms are spacious and WiFi is great . It’s great location to explore island . She also booked a bikes for us so we don’t need to thinking about nothing .

Fantastic accomodation on La Digue with a great host in Amy. We were a group of 4 and we had 2 large bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Central location on La Digue, close to everything you could imagine to visit, very good value and great atmosphere. Balcony also great for breakfast. Would visit again!

There was no swimmingpool (but we knew that before we booked).

The quality of the accomodation was great, but also the friendly and helpfull staff. There was for each house a double shower outside to flush the salty water from your skin.

The sliding glass doors didn’t work very smoothly, but the owners were quick to come and sort out the problem.

The property has two en suite bedrooms with the kitchen/living room in between, so it is perfect for a family or two couples. Everything was spotless, and all facilities were provided, including a kitchen and towels for the bathroom and for the beach. The best thing of all was Amy, who came to meet us off the ferry, organised bicycles for us, and was generally incredibly helpful and charming.

A beautiful house with two bedrooms with large bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen and dining room and an additional toilet and a large terrace. The host welcomed us upon our arrival, served us freshly squeezed juices, arranged bicycle rental, taxi, gave us a lot of useful information,... Excellent location. Everything is in the immediate vicinity: restaurants, shops, bars, pharmacy, ....

The accommodation was in a great location .. a quiet side street near to the ferry. There was plenty of space around each villa, so plenty of privacy and the surrounding gardens were lovely. The staff were fabulous and very welcoming. Everything was clean and the accommodation spacious. A great place to stay.

There wasn't anything about this property we didn't like.

Location was superb. A short stroll to the bakery and main hub of the island. No need for taxi's from the ferry port unless you have mobility issues. The hosts were great. Very friendly and welcoming with a few nice touches such as flowers in the rooms and on the bed and a welcoming cold fruit juice. Amy was always around and was a joy to deal with. She even arranged for our bikes which is a must on this little island. You can walk but to really get into the vibe of the island a bike is the norm and was great fun, even for a few of our group who hadn't ridden one for a long time. The house was very comfortable it was a good size and was one of three on the site. It had one ensuite bathroom and another bathroom shared by the two other bedrooms. It was well stocked with pans etc and only a slight issue was there were only five mugs for our group of six. We visited several of the fantastic beaches with Anse source d'argent and the beaches just beyond, connected by a footpath, being the highlights. We visited two restaurants, Le Reparie which was mainly Italian and the fish trap which were both on the main street and were very good. We also had a take away from Ava Lunch, which again was very good . We ordered prawn curries and a beef curry with egg fried rice and a pasta dish. All dishes were very tasty and good portion sizes. All in all a great three night stay but could have easily done a few more.

The staff were excellent. Location is good unless you want to be on the beach. Very close to the ferry port and main shops. Apartment was clean and well equiped. Not the most flash place to stay but very functional and had all you need.

Everything! Really nice house and extra plus to have two bathrooms and one extra toilet. Only three minutes walk from the ferry and we rented bikes so it was very easy to bicycle around the island. Emmy was really nice letting us stay a bit longer than the check out time. Really appreciated.

There was no washing machine and although no washing up liquid, the owners were very responsive when requested.

The property was well positioned from the ferry and the owners welcoming and helpful. We had a welcome drink awaiting us on arrival. They helped us to hire bikes for our visit. The property was clean and spacious.
