Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The only think I did not like was that the lockers are inside the beds, and me -having a topbunk- had to carry everything all thr way up and into the capsule, which is kind of a hassle when you have some heavy bags. But it was my specific case, everything else was great.
Cleanliness was top notch.

No reading lamp, no tea/coffee facilities in the bedroom.
Excellent location on a main street with a stunning view of Bratislava Castle in the far distance. Tram lines 1+9 (Vysoká stop) 1 mins away so ideal to jump on, although a very compact walkable capital city. I enjoyed a meal at "Slovak Pub" and the retro basement bar "KGB" across the road. Also a handy Tesco Express for basics, plus H&M clothes store. Easy check in at 2am after a delayed flight then Uber taxi from the airport. I had a double cabin room (no en-suite, no TV) with storage space, a desk and chair. V minimalist set up. Strange there was no bedside lamp, so I kindly asked for one (cordless) from the receptonist. Communal showers and bathrooms nearby (pack slippers or sliders!) were clean and v well-maintained. Hot water, and no queues during my stay. OK breakfast in the morning, between 7 and 10am. Usual continental fare, flask of coffee, juices (not fresh).

There was no AC or a fan inside of the room. The temperature was quite hot that day, but apart from that everything else was fine.
The place is located in a very centric location, close to shops, restaurants, etc.

hotel was so clean and comfortable, absolutely nothing to complain about! my advice would be to get the bottom bunker bed as it would be v troublesome to climb up and down with less storage space as well.

Maybe a little harder bed mattress will suit me more, but this is only my personal feeling.
Clean property, very nice stuff, tasty breakfast, airconditioning in the room 😍 so I can sleep well during warm nights.

The room smells stale, of old wet towels . Hook to hang towel in your space was small, so it barely dried each day (it was 33 outside)
Great location, shirt work from train station or tram stop outside. Capsule was smaller than expected but very comfortable. Air conditioner was nice to keep cool but it made the room smell of old towels. Really good storage and large lockable closet. Excellent breakfast , staff were very helpful . I really appreciated having an outside area to sit

The room had a weird smell like it was very humid, but I wasn't there long so it didn't bother me that much. I couldn't fit my medium-size luggage in the locker, but the carry-on and backpack were ok.
The location was great, staff was friendly. The size of the room was really good, bathroom and bedroom were clean. I really like the concept of the bedrooms, lots of privacy whenever you need it, locker beside the bed and actual place to put your belongings beside the bed were welcomed.

Private capsules need more hooks, shelves, mirror for one’s belongings. Kitchen isn’t guest friendly to cook in.
Good air conditioning. Interest concept with private rooms. Bathrooms always super clean. Location great. Upstairs social room great for digital nomads.

The compartment got a bit hot with the curtains down as it was completely enclosed.
Spacious compartment, good lighting and privacy with curtains. Dark and quiet during the night. Shelfs on the inside as well as small storage compartment beneath and locked cabinet in the back (with keycard). Air conditioning was very effective. Very clean overall, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The location is very good - 20 minutes walk or one single tram from the main train station. Busy street on the edge of the main centre.
