Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel was situated right where I need it to be. The parking, although paid, was great. Breakfast was tasty and room was clean. The room was quit even though the hotel is situated right next to the OC Nivy.

Very cozy place. The room was very cute, and we slept really well as the bed is very comfortable. We met Dusan at the reception, and he was very kind and helpful. Definitely a perfect place to stay if you visit Bratislava.

One small suggestion: the bread at breakfast is kept covered in a basket, which makes it a bit too soft. It might be even better if the bread could be kept a little fresher or crispier.
I highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Bratislava. The location is excellent — just a one-minute walk from the bus station (to and from Vienna) and right next to a large shopping mall. The gentleman with glasses at the reception is the best receptionist I have ever met: very friendly, professional, and thoughtful.

Location is 15 min away by walk to the historical center but it is in the heart of the new modern neighborhood of the city. The Nivy mall is across the street Safe private parking spots (15 eur/day) Not a huge variety for breakfast but good enough for a short stay Good value for money

The breakfast was rather poor and the toiletries were too basic. There was a kettle in the room, but no tea bags. It wouldn't matter if there were any, because there were no sockets next to the kettle! Having said that, a Nespresso-like coffee machine would have been nice.
Next to the main bus station and a big shopping centre. This was convienent. The room was very big.

first- the menager Dusan Nevin, was great. very politely, helpfully, He told us how to mange in the area. I come back in this hotel only for thats reasons. the room very clean. The breakfast very good and diversity. the parking good. the security of building in hy level. Everything was perfect. The hotel is 100 M. from central bus station.

Very convinient location, parking available for guests is spacious and easy-accesable. Rooms are modern, super clean, bathroom very convinient. And staff... This is how PERFECT service should look like! This hotel for sure will be my "base camp" when I visit Bratislava in future!

Nice and comfortable new hotel, it was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's located a little outside of the old town, but you can easily walk to all the main attractions in 15-20 minutes. Breakfast was also good and fresh!

Everything was perfect! I would give not 10 but 20 stars if I could.
Honestly, this hotel becomes my favorite place when I need to stay in Bratislava. The communication from day 1 was seamless! I was offered an upgrade and the guys made sure we get the room we need. We arrived late in the evening and owners made sure we get all the instructions on time. We were leaving early in the morning, so we had breakfast pack each morning waiting for us in the room. Facilities were impeccable clean! There is not a single thing we did not like. Definitely, I'll be staying again in this hotel. Thank you, Nevin, and everyone else that made us feel great at your place!
