One key for a room, had walk downstairs few times to open glass door for my family members.

Great location, in a park area with fountain. Quite place. Funny guy at the reception, nice staff overall. Good value for given price. Breakfast - standard. Will order a room when visiting my in-laws again

at breakfast there was no coffee, the machine did not work on 14th of august. Some of breakfast positions were already eaten at 8 o'clock and the staff (only one lady) just did not have enough time, reasonably, to serve 15 people at a time and to refill the boxes with food. To check-in we also had to wait for some time for anybody to come to the reception, because once again there works the same the only lady which worked in the morning in the restaurant at breakfast time. hire more staff.

Very limited TV channels, no English language programs at all. Nice big balcony, but no outdoor furniture, in the room only one chair for two people.

Not that many wall sockets which are close to you while you are sitting or in your bed so you can charge your phone or laptop easily.

Conversation with the stuff is complicated, because not everyone can speak english. I had both, a full hotel and an empty one. At the breakfast I was unhappy in both cases. Full: Everything was empty. Less people: We don't have a buffet today. Choose something from a la carte...

The closeness to the park is very good. The restaurant hast anything you need. The stuff is mostly friendly.

I got a roof-top Room, room temperature was hard to pick and couldn't open the window to cool down. WiFi in some parts of the room was weak.

Good location in front of a park, not too far away from the city center of Zilina. Plenty of free parking space. The restaurant under the hotel is great and breakfast is simple but with everything one needs. The staff was incredibly nice!

The bathroom smelled from the kitchen. The breakfast included in the price was very poor simple, for hot breakfast was offered for extra charge. The restaurant was dirty. During the night was a wedding party, it was noisy till 4 a.m...

The only thing I wish I could change would be to stay longer.

Everything was first class in this hotel. The staff was so nice also. The rooms were nice and the beds were absolutely comfortable. The breakfast with the view was amazing. Really good food. Someone said it was a simple breakfast but I disagree. It was top notch and a very nice variety. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Check-in was awful. One finger typing meant that it took an hour and 15 minutes (no exaggeration) for our group of four rooms to be checked in; those whose details were already taken weren't given keys until after everyone's details were laboriously typed in. The rooms are dated and in need of full curtains; there were just a few pale peach covered pieces of fabric that didn't cover the windows, which meant that by early morning the rooms were bright and also very warm. We requested fans for the rooms and while we received them, we had to make a case for them; there was no sense of actual customer service or recognition of their need. There were what looked like small blood stains on one wall. Given all of this, if the rooms had had air conditioning, the datedness of the rooms and the bizarre check-in would have been acceptable. If you have trouble sleeping if it is very warm, this place isn't for you: though from friends' experiences of other local hotels, this one is far better, despite its issues.

The park in front of the hotel is pretty. The restaurant behind the hotel is convenient and the two young wait staff were very helpful and friendly. There was also one woman at breakfast who was on the ball and also very nice. Other staff were totally disengaged and rude.
