Location- walking distance to lanovka,train station.Breakfast and dinner was enjoyable. Quiet nights.Free parking. Good coffe in the bar,both baristas were very kind and professional. Amazing view from the room.

The rooms furniture is from communism era, and the bathroom with broken handle showers, has not remodeled nor maintenance in years. The staff speak broken English.

The location was 10 mins walking to the snow park and cable lifts. The wellness price was reduced for the guest. Food at the restaurant was wide selection and tasty. The views from the rooms balcony were amazing.

The reception staff does not speak English, there is no hair dryer in the room. If the wellness are does not exist, the quality-price ratio is not convenient.

The landscape is very nice, breakfast and dinner have many options, the rooms are clean. Note: the wellness area is superb - both the pool and the two saunas are worth seeing.

The bathrooms are stuck in the 20th century, the staff seems tired and overworked, the room I stayed in (double bed, one person) was cramped and small.

The location is excellent, the food was pretty good, the price is okay. The check-in and out was straightforward, and there weren't too many people.

The food is quite simple, tasty, but feels a little school cafeteria-like. There is no coffee, only the chicory instant kind. You can buy proper coffee in the hotel bar, though. The hotel interior (corridors, rooms) are a little outdated.

The pool/sauna area is newly renovated and really comfortable. Finnish Sauna has new wood interior and is really clean. The pool is also decent size, you can take a comfortable swim. In the room the sheets are of very good quality and everything is very clean, though outdated. Room is of decent size. The location is the best in whole Tatranska Lomnica.

The food was generally awful. Overcooked (to the extreme) vegetables is never good, and the breakfast offering was limited and tired looking every day. It could be so much better with minimal added care and cost

I was promised a room with a bathtub, however I only got a room with a shower, the room carpet could've used an other vacuuming. Dinner was sometimes a little bland

Breakfast was great, had tea, eggs, sausages, cold cuts, everything you need in the mornings before hiking. The hotel was really close to the trails, no need for extensive walking before you get to nature

We didn't have soap or shampoo in the room. Water from the sink tap had a metallic taste. No ice machine anywhere. Lobby bar closed down at 9 pm and lights were off. Not much to do after that but sleep or watch TV. Rooms not big enough for 3. Bathrooms need shower curtains to keep water from spraying all over floor while showering.

Beds were comfy, room was clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Good buffet breakfast and dinner. Drink menu at extra charge. Great pool. Rooms cleaned daily. Good espresso at lobby bar, bathrobes available for 5 euro for your entire stay.

Nothing. All was as expected by a 3 star hotel.

Very kind staff, we announced change in the very last moment and the hotel was very flexible with the changes. The hotel is in a very good location. The price was very reasonable. The food was good and enough. We got what we expected for a 3 star hotel, very good price-value rate. We were with a 4 years old kid, he did enjoy the wellness after a long skiing day (and it was indeed for a separate entrance fee, but this was known already, so no surprise). Definitely will come back.

Some rooms were renovated in the style of the beginning of 2000 some have older furniture.

This is a traditional hotel, several rooms are renovated, some have old style furniture. The new wellnescenter is very good, however it is accessible only for additional costs - 9,- € per day - for the hotel guests as well. Breakfast and dinner also OK, personal is very helpful, hotel is very clean everywhere.

Decor was very outdated and tired (soviet style bedrooms and bathrooms) bedsheets didn’t fit, terrible pillows. Curtains wafer thin. Staff didn’t speak English and some weren’t very helpful nor friendly. Sauna wasn’t open before 3 pm. Pool was very noisy as loads of kids. Very much overpriced.

Good location for skiing. We were given a bottle of sparkling wine for New Year’s Eve. Reception area has nice sofas.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Rooms were a little outdated and the pillows were very large and not comfortable, swiming pool was nice but unfortunately it cost a lot to use daily. Food was tasty but unfortunately there was no vegeterian options.

Fantastic 3 Star Hotel which actually deserves 4 or more stars!!! Food was delicious and every evening/breakfast they served new dishes with plenty of options. The cooks really did a great job!!! Wellness area was nice and comfortable and offered also enough space for swimming and relaxing. The staff was extraordinary!!! Everyone payed attention and did not mind to support the other colleagues. Prices for drinks and wellness were reasonable (Only the dog fee with 20 Euro per night was in my opinion a little too high) Besides that this is a great Hotel in Tatranska Lomnica in best location to the city center and ski lifts. Rooms are beeing modernized, as I saw, so I believe it will be a perfectly modern Hotel soon!
