To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThey weren't serving breakfast when we were there - but plenty of amazing places just round the corner. The winding stairs up to the room are a challenge for anyone with mobility issues - but definitely worth it!!
The view was stunning!! The beautiful room felt traditional and yet was comfortable. The large balcony overlooking the river was the perfect place for drinks in the evening. The restaurant next to the room brought us food to the balcony. We loved it. Also perfect for sightseeing!! Everything on your doorstep.

CanadaOverprIced, tourist scam dump. Seldom any staff around and rude. Facility run down…barely operable shower. “Rooftop” Amararosa dining room not on top floor. The Included breakfast was in another hotel, 3 blocks away down a deadend alley with a huge, red “Do Not Enter” sign; it didn’t open until 8:30 and it featured a ketchup bottle that had been refilled so many times that the entire cap was covered in mold (I ate street food all over Thailand but didn’t touch that thing!) Final ripoff was cab to airport…front desk would only book a cab for me for a nonnegotiable 40% more than I had paid unbound and when it arrived it was NOT a licensed cab but his buddy in an old car with no gps to monitor best traffic routes.
View and absolutely nothing else.

United States of AmericaNothing major comes to mind! There is no elevator so make sure you can climb about 3 flights of stairs to get to the suite.
We stayed in the Arun Suite (there are only 2 rooms at this "hotel") and it was by far the best one! The view of Wat Arun was amazing morning and night and worth the price alone. We were right on the river and loved watching the party boats and others go by. It was very spacious, bed was very comfy and a big shower. There is also a big balcony to hang out on and a rooftop bar and restaurant steps away. Great value! Also easy to get to Khoasan St and Chinatown as there are taxis and tuk tuks available night and day at the end of the alley from the hotel. Oh, and an amazing staff AND air conditioning!

United States of AmericaThis room needs to be refreshed and thoroughly cleaned. We have stayed here in 2014, and the room has not really been maintained well since then. There is mold on the shower tiles, and the shelf in the shower is broken. They also don't supply a sheet on the bed. There also appears to be a insect problem either in the room or on the balcony, since both my husband and I came away with many, many bug bites all over our bodies.
The balcony - and view - from the Arun Suite is fantastic.

United States of AmericaThey did have an issue with their pipes so we didn’t have water in the suite for about half a day, but we were out and about so we didn’t report it to them until later in the day. Once I brought it up to them they had it fixed within 20 minutes, so that was awesome on their part. I’m guessing they would have fixed it quickly if I mentioned it in the morning.
amazing location, suite had an amazing view of Wat Arun. Restaurant was very good and the roof top bar had a great view too. The suite was comfortable, shower was good, AC was amazing.
