Either inform guests in advance that no bedroom slippers are avail or provide them. Flooring is part tiled and part carpeted, so can be too cold, or more importantly, i do wonder how clean the carpet is.

the soundproof is not the perfect as I basically can hear ppl close the door or talking every evening. but overall it's quite at night so i can still have a good sleep

good location, close to Let's relax SPA (so i can always go at night lol) and subway station. safe area and many restaurants /coffee shops nearby! awesome customer services and the room is clean and smells good. the whole experience is beyond what I expected based on the price I paid.

The room and the bath are quite small. Not conducive for friends but ok for a couple.

The location is a few minutes' walk to Saint Louis BTS and there is a spa near the hotel. The nearest mall is Mahanakhon. There are a few convenience stores nearby. Check in was easy.

Thin walls - you can hear the people next door or those walking by the front door.

The staff were so warm and friendly. The location is great as it is close to Saint Louis Station, local eateries, bars, a 7/11 etc. The restaurant at the hotel is delicious, I arrived to the restaurant and didn’t know the kitchen was closing but they still insisted on accomodating me.

Conveniently located. Easy access to BTS. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Warm welcome and hospitality. Nice modern decor. Hotel is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious and they offer nice cocktails too. Restaurants and spas nearby, plenty of choices. Accessible to almost anywhere! Great for work trips.

Perfect stay. The room was clean, spacious and the bed comfortable. Everything was new and well kept. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of options. The hotel is located near to lovely bars, restaurants and massage places. Also 2 mins away from the express train. The staff is super kind & helpful. Perfect stay.

Location was just 2 steps away from BTS, quiet but also lively environment with lot’s of café/ restaurants european style, 7 eleven and atm at 10m. Friendly and helpful staff. I liked the room a lot, they had space for your suitcase and hangers for clothes and towels, champoo and shower soap, wifi worked excellent. Come definetly back, my number 1 hotel price/ value in BKK

Noise from other rooms being cleaned in the early morning. Vegan breakfast option was the salad without tuna and cheese, very basic.

Location was convenient, a couple minutes walk from the sky train. Bed was comfy and granted a good night’s sleep. Staff were friendly. Different plug types.

I am a loyal customer who always be happy with the service and facilities but lately seems like there is a huge change of the system back of the house so the wifi system is not so stable, the housewife forgot to put some items after cleaning, I have to ask for it twice in two days

The bed was really comfortable, I slept for almost 11 hours the first night I arrived. Clean space , AC worked great. It was near every location I needed to be. The staff was so friendly and spoke amazing English

This is my second time I stay here!! Ofc bcs I really like the hotel room and affordable price. The facilities there all looks new and clean. It also near to the bts station (saint louis station) and 7e. Also many cute cafes around there. The international plug also available. Iron also you can request at the checkin counter.
