Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We’re currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil, and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the reception and check-out procedures were good, the employee Jan was kind and helpful, as was Ms. Nan. There is a supermarket near the hotel, and some sites and markets can be reached within about 15 minutes on foot.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are very kind. It is about 15 minutes away from the seafront, on foot. There is a small supermarket nearby. The receptionist Koong and the employee Nueng are very kind and wonderful.

Nothing much there that we don't like.
Staff were exceptionally lovely. We had an issue on the first night as we asked for 2 single beds but they didn't have any however they made sure we were moved to the next room with two single beds the next day. Room service, breakfast & cocktails absolutely recommended in a heartbeat! 2 Minutes from 7eleven around the corner was another bonus for all the goodies we got to indulge!

- the shower is quite hot and even turning it to the lowest its still pretty warm. - i wish the elevator has a bit more security like having to tap the card to get to the room floor.
- room is spacious, bright, with all the amenities even a washer and kitchen stove. Even a bath. - pool is decent size. And close pretty late (10.30pm) unlike many hotels that close too early like 7 pm. - parking is convenient and not overcrowded. I can take the elevator down from the room and it gets to my car very conveniently. Its one of the most convenient hotels if u travel by car.

Great location, plenty of coffee shops and food stalls nearby, 7/11 just across the road. Arrived too early for check in but they took our details and kept our luggage until the room was free. No need to check in again later. It was raining so decided to wait at the hotel where they had some comfy loungers to relax on. Nice touch. The room was spacious and immaculately clean with washing machine and microwave. The bathroom had a bath and separate shower. Asked for a quiet room on high floor which was seen to. Good size pool. Friendly and efficient staff.

The bed, too soft. I cannot sleep well, my back hurt also my entire body, if the bed can be a bit harder so my trip would be a perfect ten.

My only issue- the bed was too soft for me. But I have to say, I didn’t do anything about it- if I had the hotel might well have moved me/it might not have been an issue in all rooms, so it’s a bit unfair of me to hold it against them. I would certainly stay again. The fitness centre is a token gesture if you are into a proper workouts, but you can bang out a few light reps and hit the treadmill. Fair enough for a reasonably priced hotel though.
Everything was good, enjoyed pretty much everything- great friendly staff, really good quality on site massage shop, lovely pool, nice room, clean, great Pad Thai in the restaurant, nice calm vibe. Nice lounge area, quiet air con.
