One of the lifts was broken for our entire stay, and that slowed things down for us. It's just a minor nuisance in the grand scheme of things, but my husband is in a wheelchair so we couldn't just take the stairs.

Nice hotel in a nice authentic neighbourhood; you will see mainly locals in here. Amazing food places nearby and also a night market. Metro station is 15 minutes on walk. Lovely and helpful staff.

Far from Metro (Huai Khwang MRT) station. Not suitable for elderly to take such a long walk.

The service crews are friendly, efficient & helpful. 7-11 is right behind the hotel, 3mins walk distance which is very convenient. Hotel nearby is 2nd China town & local delicacy can be found in 15min walks. Somboon Seafood HQ & Popular Ganesha God are very near to Huai Khwang MRT station, if don’t mind walking for 20-25min.

we could not get the chance to use swimming pool. However we manage to get chance to sit around there. The breakfast was the same everyday.

I liked the breakfast and had enough so we had to take late lunch. Staff were so helpful to call the taxi and receive us from the taxi when we reached the hotel. The room was spacious and having a window in the room was always good to feel the openness. The 7/11 beside hotel always kept our freeze full. I always recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives visiting Bangkok.

The Atrium Boutique hotel is very nice place to stay for vacation or business purpose. The staff is wonderful and breakfast is good. Amenities are very good like swimming pool and is well maintained.

Breakfast was good but no variety for all those days we stayed there, it can be very boring the same food every morning. Also, they should serve beef sausages, cereals -had conflakes only, bacon, and ommulettes.

Ambiance, staff support always willing to assist. Very spacious and immaculately clean rooms and facilities. Would recommend anytime

Driving to the hotel in the evening on small streets was not easy, but it's about (crazy) traffic in Bangkok, not the hotel's responsibility .

Nice interior, clean, everything is as expected from description and works well. Provide free parking. Helpful stuff. We'll definitely stay there again when we need to be in that part of Bangkok.

The bed was uncomfortable, too soft. The pool was closed one day for maintenance. The breakfast was very very simple.

The cleaners need to do a better job. I kept finding the previous occupant's hairs on the floor. Also they should spray the rooms with mosquito spray

Location a long walk from station. Breakfast cheap but very average, same thing each day no fruit no cereal. Very few international travellers.

Location was perfect for us due to an event nearby, nice décor, large rooms, free parking, very reasonable prices. In a summary: If we are again in this area we will definitely stay at this hotel.
