Bathroom amenities can be improved.

Chinese authentic themed resort with old chinese house type cupboards n cabinets. A decent comfy stay with helpful staff. A pool and pants infront of room made the stay a cool breeze. Kitchenette was good and breakfast served was filling

No lift so I had to use the stairs which is a challenge while recovering from a serious injury. Sometimes quite noisy from families using the pool below but I didn’t really mind.

Very friendly staff who allowed me to use a pool several times as my studio did not have one. Great breakfast delivered to my room each morning. Peaceful green location close to the beach. A short walk to shops and restaurants. Good value.

Staff were great, and very eager to please. Great breakfast. Clean well maintained room - fresh towels each day were fluffy and smelt lovely. Secluded private pool area was bliss.

Overall great stay, but there’s no mortar joint between the tiles in the pool and that makes them really sharp. Both me and my daughter came out of the pool with multiple cuts and scratches.

We had a fantastic stay at BTC and we didn’t want to leave. We stayed in 2 types of accommodations and both were really private including in the terrace/pool area. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and served in the room at the hour of our choice. BTC is right near the beach and near cafes and restaurants.

Staff are friendly, helpfull, and genuinely happy. Breakfast served in your Villa is outstanding and many items to choose!!! Facility was phenominal, the ONLY thing missing according to my daughter was a bathtub!!! The Pool was outstanding, clean and clear. Electrical plugs all over, in every room ... Great for charging or electonic uses. The location is perfect for a quiet, restfull stay! With Grab and Bolt access to anyplace in Hua Hin is easy and economical. This is my second time staying at BTC, and I will come back

Nice and private away from all the hustle and bustle but only a 10 minute walk to the start of it all, or a 10 minute drive to the centre of it all. Tuesday night market had tasty street food and very cheap. The everyday night market was just as good. 5 minute walk to the beach

We liked the design of the place. Large room for the rate. The private pool and seating area was lovely. The room had a functional small kitchen area. Staff and breakfast... two thumbs up. It is difficult to understand why some minor maintenance issues have not been dealt with... Such as some electrical switches and plugs are faulty... a sticking door that was difficult and noisy to open leading to the patio and pool area that gives access to our room... loose bathroom fittings, etc.

The nearby beach has a narrow shore line to hang out in, you have to go to the public beach near Hilton to swim & hang out

This hotel was truly amazing—a perfect home away from home, combined with the warm hospitality and service that Thailand and Hua Hin are known for. We stayed in a studio without a pool, but it was fantastic—spacious, open, with a great TV, an excellent bed, a large tub, a big shower, a medium fridge, and a wonderful balcony. The location felt private yet was just a short motorbike ride from main attractions like the night market and top restaurants. While the nearby beach isn’t ideal for swimming, it was perfect for a morning walk, and we drove to the more popular beaches. Breakfast was impressive—not just the usual eggs and bacon, but a full menu with 10-15 different options. The service and hospitality from the staff were outstanding—thank you, guys! We stayed in the Bamboo Room and loved every moment.
