The staffs aren't much co-operative as I requested an early check-in about 2 hrs. For which they asked the amount was almost equal to 1 day's rent, which isn't acceptable. Also for breakfast they charge 1 day 150THB and the other day 200THB which is not good.

Liked the lively location very much. Very near to the beach (5min walk) and food streets.

The hotel facilities could use some improvement. The resort's location seems somewhat uncomfortable at night, as it's surrounded by small bars and experiences loud noises at night.

The location of the hotel is convenient in terms of amenities being close by, and the bathrooms provide continuous hot water throughout 24 hours. The staff have difficulties understanding English but are helpful.

Bad showers as the water pressure of my room 628 was not strong enough. Towels were not changed daily.

The room is specious and clean. The hotel is conveniently located near Patong Beach and Bangla Road with plenty of dining options and shops.

Very harsh bed, not as comfortable as you would wish, and a lot of water left at the floor after cleaning. It would have been nice to have been told, how to make a code for the safety box. Very busy staff.

The room is big good but the bathroom is bad you have to shower right down at toilet and become wet all the floors.

At the the time of booking it was "Pay at Hotel" optipn. But just before 2 days they mailed us that they will cancel the booking if it is not confirmed. Although we had confirmation mail. And also they did not gave us the exact room that we had booked. We booked for 3 days and they gave a normal room on first day and when we talked with them then they changed that room on the 2nd day.

1) our AC didn’t work . In the morning , we asked the house keeping - the AC was faulty and it was all Frozen from inside - both the inside unit and the external unit . 2) to operate the safe you have to give them some deposit - I wonder why ! After all It’s our belongings in the safe of the room ! 3) Biggest of my disappointments - there was a RAT in our room at night which gave us a tough time as it climbed up the table where the tea / coffee stuff was kept . It had pooped on the saucer where it was biting all over the sugar sachets . We were on the highest floors of the hotel (6th) yet we faced this ! Bigger than this was , when i informed the hotel manager next morning- he had no reaction or response to it . No apologies at all for all of this . It was just a simple sigh “awwwhhh ‘ .

The location is good , not too close to the beach . Beach is a walk of almost 15-20’mins thru the busy Bangla road . The beds are big and comfortable . Breakfast is just about average .

As said before noise. The rooms are sad and tiered and need repair, shower was a wet room as the shower curtain and rail were not there, but the screw holes were present where it had been, the shower rose was all blocked and barely sprayed water not due to a lack of pressure but the fact it was blocked up. the pools, yes it had two on the roof, and it looked like they had been neglected and out of order for some time as well as the patio area they reside in, so the area was closed off.

location was close to entertainment, but was very noisy as above bars that stay open till 2am and the room was poor for soundproofing, May as well have stayed at the bars until close as it sounded like they were in your room.
